Burger King — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Horrible service, horrible quality, and always out of items. This is the 3rd time in the last month or so that we have been to this location due to how conveniently located in our area that it is. In these last 3 visits they have failed multiple times to either give us items that we ordered, always out of condiments and cokes. Just this past visit we had ordered two 8 piece chicken nuggets, there was only 6 in each bag, and they were out of barbecue sauce, and Coca-Cola again. The last time we went they forgot to put 2 separate Burgers into the bag and even gave us an incorrect sandwich. I advised their staff to let their management know that this is becoming a ridiculous thing and that management needs to be on top of what they need to order more often. That cashier rolled her eyes and informed me sure I will let them know sarcastically. I don't believe we will be going to this Burger King anymore.

Update. It got way more expensive and things have gotten smaller. On top of that I had my fiance picked me up the cheese sticks, There's. Literally no cheese inside of them.They are hollow crusts. Don't waste your money. Dion's is better and cost...

The guys at the window are rude. Also they dont take your order correctly you specify you dont want something on the burger and they dont make any changes. When I saw the receipt I told the guy I didnt want tomatoes because I'm allergic to it which causes stomach problems. He didnt put no tomatoes and he told me to tell the guy at the second window. I told the guy at the next window and he said it was fine that it didnt have tomatoes. When I opened it it clearly had them and when I told him he didnt want to replace it. Also the drink I said no ice and they basically filled up the cup completely with ice which is very irritating. I'm paying for soda not for a cup of ice.... they guys there are not polite at all and I will never go back to this location again. This is the 3rd time it's happened and I'm done with them. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere....

It took 30 minutes for them to bring out my order on top of that. I ordered 2 ice cream cups and they said they would bring my spoons out. Spoons were not in the bags and by the time the food came out the ice cream was half way melted. Would have literally taken seconds to give me the spoons at the same time. Also, the guy at the drive thru tried to tell me that if I used the mobile app to order I needed to get off. When there was clearly a sign at the drive thru that said order on the mobile app and pick up as walk in or drive thru and it states the same thing on the mobile app. Not happy about the service that was provided. Not the first time this has happened at this particular restaurant, never have had issues...
