On 11-12-24 my car's paint was damaged by frozen water in the high pressure spayers. I filed an incident at 7:30am with the manager on duty, I was advised that I would be contacted within 3 business days. I never was, I began calling the store and customer service and was able to get in contact with the general manager of this location on 11-20-24. Isaiah (GM) opened with the same statement the previous manager "the damage to your vehicle is not consistent with the equipment in our car wash." Because of this statement on the date of incident, I recorded the high pressure sprayers which have 6 nozzles on either side of the vehicle and oscillate up and down. I was contacted on 11-21-24 and advised my claim was denied. I went to the location with my truck and the high pressure sprayers in question were no longer in operation. I took pictures and video both on the date of incident and today. My claim has been elevated to the regional manager level. Regardless of the outcome, I am writing this review to warn other people. 1. If you go early in the morning your paint might be damaged by ice particles being sprayed onto your vehicle. 2. If damage occurs you will get the run around rather than corrective action. They will then turn off the equipment that caused your damage to reduce their future liability.
Response to owner: Instead of making me do the legwork, contact me. My information is in the claim which was elevated to the regional manager on Thursday the 21st. I was advised I would be contacted within 3 business days.....surprise surprise I haven't been contacted.
Update: 12-10-24, I was contacted by the regional manager, Franklin. I advised Franklin that I was very frustrated with this entire situation. I then told him that Mister Car Wash simply needed to do the right thing. I am not asking for anything other than the company repair what their wash damaged. I was advised that there will be no corrective action taken and a lawsuit is my only option. The regional manager would rather open the business to potential liability via lawsuit rather than do the right thing. I will be...
Read moreI’m trying to get a refund! The location on fourth Street keeps dropping hydraulic fluid on my car. Every time I come out there’s an oil stain on my car.. they don’t dry the car their air blower leaves the car, wet, very wet. I went to one of the newer ones and their blowers are better! They’re charging for towels now! I take my other car to champion car wash, and the blower on there is immaculate! The scrubbers don’t tear up my car. They drive my car as I’m exiting and they have free towels to use. I went to Mr. car wash on one day and the air was not working and then the next day I went and the air was blowing out moisture, and my mirrors ended up getting all messed up! This is the location on fourth Street any of the good locations I have to drive very far for the only reason I got an account was because it used to be a good car wash! Do not go to the fourth Street...
Read moreI drive for Lyft, so I decided to get the unlimited wash since I don't have time to clean it all the time. While I was getting ready to vacuum the car, I locked myself out of my car and my cell phone and everything in it. I went to the staff and asked them if I could use the house phone or something to get a hold of my daughter and they told me they had a kid there to get me in my car they saved me at least 60 to 80 bucks with the locksmith not to mention having to let my kids know Mommy locked her keys in the car again! They were busy so I waited a minute patiently and he got me right in my car. I've always used mister and I'm excited that I have the unlimited wash now save myself time cleaning windows. I love the air compressor and that the vacuum is also unlimited especially with pet hair. Thank you To the staff working yesterday for all your help and...
