Del Taco — Restaurant in Albuquerque

This location was awesome at first .. however I went to pick up quick dinner, the employee came on the speaker and was not only rude but cutting me off. When I was trying to order, the employee was interrupting me. Everything I order the employee was rushing me before I could fully order. When I pulled up to the window the other employee was also rude and I told him I liked his hoodie, he just dismissed me. I don't know because the ear bud or him just being rude. The employee at the window didn't tell me the amount, just took my card and then shook my card and receipt at me to take it back. when I did get my food I check to make sure everything was there, I asked for hot sauce and the employee handed me some. I checked my burrito and there was no cheese. The employee at the window would not come back, the employee just stayed in the back but kept looking back waiting for me to leave. I asked my boyfriend to go to the window and ask for a cup of cheese. When the employee from the speaker came to the front window, not o ly were they not going to give a cup cheese but I needed to pay more. I refused to pay more and the employee told me if "I wanted extra, I'm going to pay extra," and to take it up with the manger. So at that point I told her "I'm sorry the employee didnt like the job". When I got home, the donut bites were burnt as well as the fish tacos. When we called to ask the manager's name, the employee stated that thet were not giving out thst information. That is by far the worst customer service...

I've been to this new location three times since opening. The only reason I've returned is I thought there's no way the food could be this bad, it must have been a bad day. Nope...It's horrible! If you like taco with a sodium count of a full box of salt this is the place for you! And how does a place, especially a new place, mess up fries? Like I've said, I've been here three times and the fries are never cooked. So far I've tried the regular crunchy tacos, the steak tacos, the tostadas and the fish tacos. All of these items are either blasted with salt or they taste like they've been sitting on the shelf for months. Even the tostada (just the shell, beans, cheese and lettuce) has a weird funky taste. And can I also mention the prices are RIDICULOUS! I've given this so many tries wanting to like it but it is by far the worst taco place I've even been to. I understand that this is fast food tacos but come on, you make Taco Bell look like a 5 star restaurant. It's sad that a new establishment already needs someone to come in and fix the problems. Avoid this mess...

Honestly screw this place. It's my first time going to this "fast" food place, and I won't be coming back. I ordered for pickup and was very confused on how to get my food as the sign by the drive thru says delivery drivers use the lockbox. I'm not a delivery driver, so I went through the drive thru. I waited in line for 20 monies just to be told I do use the lockbox, and the code is the last 4 digits of the order number. Nowhere on the email I received did it say the last 4 digits were the code, it actually says "note: you do not need this number for pickup" Well apparently I do. I finally went to put in the code just to be told by an employee that it would be another 15-20 minutes before my order is ready. This order was placed almost an hour ago at this point and the email said it would be ready 40 minutes ago. This is utterly unacceptable and honestly embarrassing. Thanks for...
