Subway — Restaurant in Albuquerque

If I could do zero stars I would, this is the second time they have gotten my online order wrong!! First time they only got one sandwich wrong, but this time all three of my sandwiches were wrong. None of my sandwiches were Toasted, I asked for bacon on one of them and paid for it did not have bacon on it, asked for Light mayo on one of them did not have any mail and on the other one asked for extra, Received neither just received a regular amount. I have been trying to receive a refund sense that’s what was stated to me when I went back to the store to get this problem resolved on 4.7.25 Vanessa the regional manager was supposed to give me a call back that same day never did today is 4.12.25 I called the store again. I spoke with a gentleman that told me that I can go into the store and they can make me two sandwiches to make up for the mistake when I told him that I wanted the refund how I was originally told I was gonna get I was told that he would Call his regional manager and see what to do, Then he would give me a call back, fortunately he did give me a call back and said that he had escalated this to HR in corporate and that they would be giving me a call within an hour so hopefully this gets resolved.

4.14.25 never got a call back from Vanessa nor have I received a refund horrible service!!!!! DONT ORDER FROM THE APP ENDLESS YOU WANT...

The bad part of a bad review is that it impacts the store even when "bad" service moves out. I visited 5/19 for 1144 app pick up. Order was ready on time, but I didn't open my sandwich until I got to my destination 15 minutes later. That's when I saw the bacon wasn't cooked. My sub was made untoasted per my request, but other stores still cook the bacon. I tried to call the store to rectify at lowest level, but no calls answered. The District Manager replied to online feedback. Very polite. However he said bacon isn't cooked unless requested. So who eats raw bacon or even unheated pre-cooked bacon? The packages in store say fully cook before eating, but Subway bacon apparently is eaten uncooked by some. Anyways, the app doesn't have a "cook my bacon" button - maybe because it's understood it needs to be cooked? Either way - here is what the DM said some people like and here is what I chose not to eat. See pic.Pic. The workers r rude & do is the dirty assistant manager, being belligerent & loud in front of other customers in called for but then again he's taking a little power to his head which is small so let him have that fame for 30 sec, cuz he made himself look stupid, & if I wanted a cold sandwich I would of ate at home my cheese was cold and I always get double meat well I didn't get it, that will be the last time me & my family eat there, there's never no tea & please please look at the cucumbers & bell peppers there freezer burn no good please look at the cucumbers ahh😝😜😣🤔we had to drive all the way to the one by the freeway on Gibson to speak with the DM he was a huge help we more at Subway than the assistant manager pays in rent and washes husband clothes I'd rather drive all the way to Tijeras canyon to the subway for wonderful service.
