Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Absolute worst management ever. Norma had no idea what she was doing, can't respectfully communicate with customers, and continually blames the other employees who are clearly trying their best. Used to be a regular but after enough times of her messing up my order, not them, her, I got sick of the place. Honestly one of my favorite childhood places to eat, really is a shame to see people like her ruining the wonderful name of Wienerschnitzel. If they had any business sense they would fire her, the turnover rate is terrible too, there is always a new person at the window, you would think that that would raise eyebrows. Nothing against this place, honestly loved the food before it was messed up every order, like you ask for one thing off of your order and you get home and there is is, and you can't eat it because of dietary reasons. I feel bad for the people who have actual allergies that go here. Not a good place if you want your food in a timely manner either. Norma makes sure every order is messed up so you have to come back and waste your short lunch break waiting on what should have been correct the first time. Hope they can improve because the location is so good for people like I who have to go all the way across town to get to another...

Ordered two items, chili mac & cheese with grilled onions and chili cheese fries, also with grilled onions for take out. Got home, no chili or grilled onions on the mac & cheese, checked chili cheese fries, chili was there but no grilled onions. I called the store and told them what happened, I asked to get a refund on the price difference between a regular mac & cheese vs chili mac &cheese. I was told that I would have to drive all the way back to get a refund for $1. I paid by card, I had no receipt ( wasn't given one) so I told them to just put it back on the card. No go, if I wanted it, I had to drive all the way back. I doubt that I will go back to...

Great food and great service super happy with everything! The cashier was amazing, she helped me get the best deal for my money, even hooked me up with a deal that saved me about $6! And in all the years I've been going to Weinerschnitzel, I've never tried a chili cheese burger but oh my was it worth the wait!! One of the best burgers I've ever had, hands down!! And I really can't say enough good things about the cashier, I didn't get her name but she deserves to be recognized for the excellent job she does, she's a keeper!!
