There is no way to bring me back here. I stopped smoking weed for good after a 33 year habit and I dont like the awkward vibe of the stoned employees as they don't seem to like mine.
Despite I tip typically 40-50% to good bartenders, some of yours are pretty cringe to deal with like refusing to shake a bloody marry while having to read how to make it from a book, the weird way they carefully measure each drop of alc instead of moving like a professional is very cringe to spectate.
Your bloody marry is actually supposed to be dressed but the employees are to stoned to want to take extra time to literally roll a piece of cheese and bologna up so they only do that if they're not coming down from a wax hit, which is hardly never. They act like wrapping some meat and cheese around a pickle is like building log cabin.
Then you got a bunch of aggressive short men who deliver the food and sorta toss it at me/trying to cool guy me, and then you got their beta buddies who sit/lurk in the corners, who order nothing, but try to have a staring contest and fail at it as I exit the building.
This culture of short man cooks, cool guys, and stoned bartenders is just not for me even after 3 years of putting up with it 4x a week, there is no free sub that can make me return for more awkward service but thanks anyway for the offer to make it right, and you might wanna reconsider the audacity of having the lowest tip option on the register screen set at 30%

Read moreI haven’t had the best experiences here in the past, but I decided to give it another try. I visited on July 2, 2025, for lunch with my daughters, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, it fell short again.
The building was uncomfortably warm—only cooled by ceiling fans—which made it unpleasant for both customers and staff. We ordered three sandwiches (two Griefos and one Chisel) and waited about 30 minutes, even though the lunch crowd was light and there seemed to be plenty of staff behind the counter.
When the food finally arrived, it was handed over with a quick “I’m sorry.” I was especially looking forward to my Griefo, but it turned out to be extremely dry. When I opened it, I saw it was missing both the cream cheese and guacamole—key ingredients that make the sandwich what it is. I returned to the counter to bring it to their attention and received yet another casual “I’m sorry.” That phrase seemed to be used more than any real effort to fix the issue.
At that point, I asked for the sandwiches to be returned. It was incredibly frustrating to come back into town, excited to enjoy lunch with my daughters, only to walk away disappointed. One of the staff members even admitted that the location isn’t well managed, which was disappointing to hear.

While I appreciate corporate reaching out, you had your chance to make it right. Multiple in fact. The only thing you can offer me is better service for everyone all round. Do what you need to do.
All I ordered for dinner was a cookie and cheese bread with marinara and honey mustard.
After a 29 min wait I got home to find: No cookie. No sauce. Now I'm sitting here eating a piece of bread for dinner after paying for much more.
Not only is it too cold to drive back but I shouldn't have to triple check the order every time.
Implement some quality control and make sure people get what they paid for.

Review update August 4th. My daughter talked me into giving them one more chance. I tried to order on the website so that she could pick up on the way home from work that took about an hour. The cart kept getting stuck. "Cart failed" was the error. I started deleting things untilwl we found the notchos were the issue. They my card was authed four times
Last time for me. Although I do have to give credit that the sandwich was good and packed full of stuff!
But a restaurant experience is more than getting a good sandwich...
