Worst customer service ever. Bought two sweatshirts in September and husband also bought two. Spent $200. No dressing room to try on so when I got home to Ohio one was way too big. Back in ABQ this week, have sweatshirt with tag and copy of receipt on my phone. Wanted to get a smaller size. I did not want a refund just a smaller size. Clerk refused and said only a manager could exchange it. I explained I lived in Ohio. I asked for manager phone number and he said I would have to come back next day. I didnât notice I was charged twice until I decided to return the item and looked closely at the receipt. The owner gave me a full credit for the two hats even though I couldnât prove I was charged twice and had just overheard the conversation I was having.
