We made a reservation 5 days in advance. We were celebrating our Valentines on the 17th of Feb 2024. We get to the restaurant at 757p. We reserved for 8 pm. We get in, and the hostess stated it'd be 15 mins because our reservation was FOR 815p. The reason why I know it was for 8 pm is because we had to pick the best traffic route at 730! A big city, we had to plan accordingly. So despite her stating a different time, we flowed along. So in time we got seated. The restaurant was packed. I am not an expert. There were aprx 2 tables in a walking zone (pretty sure against the fire code). In between the bar and wine cellar walk path, someone must have thought it would be a good idea to have customers sit there. We were seated there... in a pathway....of employees getting the customers their drinks and whatnot. Now, my fiance and I were trying to be understanding seeing how busy Seasons 52 had been. While waiting for our waitress at our table, we got bumped into by staff and customers trying to pass through the walkway. Our waitress came and asked our drinks. I know, I should have complained about our seating right there, but I'd thought I'd be fair and not go that route since they were busy. We eventually ordered and ate while people were passing continuously. I'm going to be fair and mention how delicious the food was ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ ten stars for the food and chef. We got our drinks and ordered dessert. We usually order coffee with our dessert. Our waitress came and brought our check/bill. She took off so fast we couldn't inform her we still wanted to order. She passed aprx 4-5 times looking at our bill and not asking if we needed anything. The atmosphere of her body language was, I'm leaving, and you need to pay. I will mention they close at 10, it was 930p. It was obvious she was done. At that point, I decided to get the manager and let her know where we were placed was not acceptable. The manager Erica didn't want to hear what I had to say, nor did she apologize. She!- Erica, the manager, said it was our fault for not stating we wanted a good seat. This was unacceptable. An employee at the bar saw we we're very upset and leaving. He said, is there anything I can help you with? We informed him of the situation and the rudeness of the manager. He apologized and asked for us to give them another chance. We appreciate his positive attitude and trying to make the situation better. His name is Nate and deserves a raise! Never expected this at this restaurant. Our...

We made last minute bday reservations for two at 7pm on a Wed night, and they were very accommodating. We decided to enjoy the sunset from our hotel room, so we called back to move our reservation to 8pm, and they were very helpful.
We were nicely greeted and seated at a very nice window booth as soon as we arrived. This place is absolutely gorgeous, and rivals any 5-star restaurant in any major metropolitan city. First impressions were Wow!
I ordered a dirty martini with blue cheese olives, and husband got a manhattan. Our wonderful server Adriana even got me an extra olive, and let me tell you, these were a very fine quality blue cheese. Absolutely delicious! She later got me four more upon request.
We each ordered Cesar salads, which were delicious with authentic anchovies dressing, sweet cherry tomatoes, large thin shavings of parmesian cheese, and perfectly crunchy croutons.
For appetizers we had the lump crap cake, which was very good and surprisingly fresh for being so far from the ocean.
We also had the amazing meatballs & marinara sauce for an appetizer, and we were blown away by how absolutely delicious they were! They were hands down the best I've ever had! We liked them so much, we orderd some to go along with extra marinara sauce.
For dinner I had the chilean sea bass, which was also amazing and the perfect portion! I eat chilean sea bass often, so tend to be picky, and they didn't dissapoint!
My husband had the 8oz filet mignon medim rare and it was cooked to perfection. He also loved the mashed potatos and asparagus that accompanied his dish.
For desert, Adriana brought out a lovely display of desserts that were in small perfectly portioned glasses. One was on the house for my bday, and we ordered two more to sample. We had the pecan pie, keylime pie and strawberry chocolate cheesecake. The were all delicious! my favorite was the keylime, my husband's was the pecan.
The restaurant even had a bday card for me signed by staff at our table. What a thoughtful gesture and classy touch!
My birthday was such a memorable treat and I felt so special.
We highly recommend Seasons 52! They're top-notch and our server was phenominal! Thank you so much for making my bday extra...

Our group had vegans, vegetarians, and people with food allergies (in addition to a couple of meat and potatoes folks) and our waiter was able to make recommendations that left everyone's needs met and our palate's satisfied.
I have anaphylactic food allergies, and tend to avoid going out to eat (nothing ruins a date night faster than an ambulance ride to the ER). I called beforehand to find out if there were any dishes I could safely eat (there was) and the manager asked me to still let the waiter know about my food allergies before ordering.
Staff were pleasantly surprised by my service dog remaining invisible, even after a gentleman walked by with his "service dog" that barked and lunged under my chair. The tables are a little close together for easy wheelchair use, I wouldn't go when I'm having a POTS flare, despite the tables being the correct height for my chair.
If you are a wheelchair user, I would recommend calling ahead and making a reservation, and requesting a table that is easily accessible (and not need to go beyond the cloth covered booths). The format of the tables does make it very easy for properly trained service dogs to tuck under the tables and remain invisible to patrons and out of the way of staff...even my mastiff/lab cross was easily able to tuck under the table and minimally impact the person seated across from me (they just had to be mindful to not kick her, they said she was completely out of their way).
The food was so good, and kitchen staff did such an amazing job at not permitting cross contact with my allergens, Thursday night may have been my first time at Seasons 52, but it definitely won't be my last!
