Well I wait in the Drive-Thru line for close to 20 minutes before an employee came out to tell us that there was the Karen stuck at the drive-thru window that refused to leave. Apparently it was over a payment issue she didn't have enough and they refunded her money but since it was going to take one to two days to go back on her card she refused to leave. I don't understand why the restaurant didn't just deal with the situation rather than making all of us paying customers wait. And then it took about 10 minutes when I walked inside to get my food anyway. If they were sitting there the whole time I don't understand why they didn't have chicken strips up. They did not offer any of the customers anything for the inconvenience. I asked if they could put in a mashed potato into my family meal. They did when I got home it was halfway full. All in all it was decent food but having to wait 30 minutes because some customers a couple bucks short. That is ridiculous I would have paid it as a customer for that lady so that she would leave and then everybody could be happy. Manager should know better giving credit for a couple dollars on a meal is not a big deal especially if it prevents you from losing customers in the future because you made them wait so long. In the future they should resolve the situation quicker. Or at least come out and tell the people waiting and drive through not make them wait 20 minutes before saying something. More than likely I will not visit this location again. Oh yeah and they didn't give me any dipping sauces or even offer them. No napkins either. It was just bad service after waiting that long. Read moreYesterday around 5:30pm I went to get a 20 piece bucket for my family and relatives that were in town. There was only 1 car plus me in the drive thru and the parking lot was empty. What a relief I was thinking, not that busy today. I order and proceeded to the window when to my surprise, they said they had over 10 minutes before any chicken would be ready because they just had a rush. I stated, "shouldnt you be prepared for dinner rushes?" I was not too happy. I asked if they would give me and my 2 children courtesy waters while we wait and Alexis rudely replied "no". By the way, it was 107 degrees yesterday. So I asked for the manager, and she said she was the manager. I asked for the corporate number Alexis again refused and said "no", "I dont have to give out the number". We waited for approximately 4 minutes and they told us to park in the front of the building until our food was ready. I parked up front and the food never came out. We ended up going to KFC and ordered the same meal, and got our food right away! I am never going to churches again. All because of 1 employee named Alexis, I have now convinced my immediate family and friends to stop going and I will be sharing this experience with my colleagues and more. Read moreUpdate: after 4months they finally called me back. The area manager told me i could go in for a refund and a family meal for all the hassle and wait. I get the and the onsite manager Yvette was HORRIBLE. She was rude, implied I was lying about speaking to her supervisor and refused to help me. I had to get on my phone and call the area manager myself. She was so disrespectful and told me she wasn't about to give me free food. Her boss actually had to speak to her twice before she'd help me. Never ever going back here again.
3 weeks ago my husband and I went to this location. There was a long we and they were busy, however the food we received was horrible. Most of the chicken was not only under cooked, it was very very bloody. We tried to contact the store several times to get our money back or our meal replaced with no success. I have had to call corporate 4 times and I have still not heard anything. I have also submitted feedback via the survey and an on line email to the company, and I have not heard back.
