Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Albuquerque

looking through other reviews, i am not sad to see the other one star reviews about this place because it is very accurate. To start off they comment an email to send "suggestions" to. Which is dumb because they are a franchise. They don't care about the customers hence the Zero compensation for all the 1 star reviewers. Now I put an online order at 6:30pm tonight(the night of the review) and proceeded to go to the parking lot and wait. The app told me my pizza would be ready at 6:50, the latest 7. So i got there at 6:45 and waited until 7. Nothing. The app still said prepping. So i went in to ask what was taking so long. they said it was in a "bake line" and that it should be another 30 min wait. as soon as i get in my car the order changes from prepping to in the oven. Weird right? Finally got my pizza at 7:25. And very politely asked for more sauce. the young guy brings me one extra marinara sauce. ONE. Im sure they get multiple packets for a single dollar. So i asked for more and he had to go ask his manager. then proceeded to bring only one more packet of sauce. I asked for the managers name and he said " i dont know, im new here". That just doesn't make any sense to me. Poor customer service and employees don't care. to Top it off i get home and my pizza wasn't even cut. For sure better places who actually appreciate the money you spend with them. and zero compensation? very ridiculous. avoid this place at all costs. Order online for pickup and the tracker app and emails said my order would be ready in 18 to 28 minutes. Showed up at the store 30 minutes later and my order was still in prep phase. Apparently it was just sitting on the prep board and had been since I ordered 30 minutes ago. An hour after ordering it was still showing as being prepared. I completely understand a place could be busy on a Friday afternoon but when the tracker says it will be ready, I assumed that means it would be ready. The two workers spent ten minutes then complaining and cursing customers that were calling and canceling orders. Finally after waiting ten minutes one of the two workers finally started making pizza again but still complaining about customers not being patient. Not sure exactly what the issue was but the lack of any sense of urgency amongst the two employees certainly didn’t help. Also getting calls to their personal phones from their daughter instead of actually working to make pizzas definitely delayed everything. I would not recommend this location. There are a few other Dominoes and other pizza places nearby that would be a better choice. It also didn’t help that the one employee was wearing apple EarPods and had to shout everything and get everyone to repeat stuff to him because he couldn’t hear. I know more about him and his life than I’d ever want to know. Also apparently the General Manager at this location, according to the employees, is a few weeks away from getting fired because of all the issues...

worst experience ever had in my life.... rude staff.... no greetings.... we went to the restaurant and it was a quiet evening... waited for sometime... no one approached us.... checked with a lady in the front and she rudely said the other guy will be there for us... again we waited for 10 mins before the guy approached us for the order... again no greetings nothing.... asked him how long it gonna take for our order to get ready and he told should be ready in less than 15 mins.... then he went to deliver the food... we waited for 30 mins for our order.. then again approached the lady in the front and called her 3-4 times and she simply ignored without any answer like I am doesn't even exist... she didn't even looked at me.... then approached the other guy to check on our order... call him also 3-4 times and even he didn't looked at me and simply ignored.... then again I went to the lady and called her to check on our order and then she finally replied with a angry tone that the guy will take care.... the other guy came with our order and hand it over to us and he was starring at me like I was an alien.... no greetings nothing.... didn't expected such a super bad experience with a pizza giant like Domino's... very rude staff, on greetings, disrespecting the guest, wasting time etc. wont be ever coming back and also won't suggest this place to any my friends and family :-)) would have given minus star ratings...
