Starbucks — Restaurant in Albuquerque

2nd x there. Yes I'll go back. This Starbucks is located inside Albertsons grocery store. Only 2 people working the manager & assistant manager. *Rob & *Rebecca. It was between 9-10, the store was packed. Starbucks had a LONG line. I thought I would be there awhile. Within 5 minutes it was my turn and my drink was hot n ready AND..... the 2 people behind the counter were still smiling, talking to everyone and just enjoying the Thanksgiving cheer. Everyone was treated like a million bucks. Thank you R & R ☕...

Atmosphere is nice however the employees that work there aren’t very friendly. I went up to the cash register and I mentioned it was my birthday and the girl in the front just said cool, and she didn’t have a name tag on or I’d mention her name. No one there was nice at all. Didn’t greet when we arrived or when we left and there was a fly flying around in the food glass container.

They didn’t make me feel special at all and my drink was just okay. Pretty sad because I did like this...

Went into this location to get a matcha latte but I encountered a employee that refused to acknowledge me and instead of taking my order she ignored me completely.

After a few minutes I asked if they were open but she said nothing , another 5 minutes went by and I asked again and this time I was met with the longest stare down I've ever been apart of, and after a couple of minutes of stare silence I walked out.
