1.....My grandmother and her friend (both in their 80s) went to lunch yesterday, and Nona kept praising the amazing service they received and how delicious the food was. The tender juiciness of the chicken, the taste of the delectable sandwich, the big delicious waffle fries, her fruity lemonade, the staff waiting on them, the impressionable conversations! They felt like royalty! Thank you dining room team and lunch staff for going above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service to the elderly! 👏🏻💝
2.....Yesterday was one of my fur babies birthday, and every year she gets grilled nuggets for a special treat! 🐶 This year her experience was exceedingly above and beyond! Wow, both of my fur babies were treated like celebrities! They were given doggy treats and whipped cream to top it off! I was in total amazement with the staffs interactions with the fur babies! It was so precious to see the joy in the staffs eyes as well as my fur babies. The atmosphere was filled with GODS LOVE! This is what the world needs more of! Plus the food was on point! The meal looked better than the pictures and the taste was like Mommas kitchen! 🤤 👏🏻

Read moreI still havenot recieved a call back from Management regarding the Ketchup and Barbecue Sauce and stains from an over filled bag. Dec 3 at 7pm I asked the staff to not fill the bag. I have also complained before about this to management months before. What do they do? over fill the bag , and all my food ended up on the floor. The girl witnessed the bag tear and I requested she get a manager she went inside and didnt get a manager so I parked and went inside to get the Manager. I witness a guy that worked there make fun of a customer and behold he was the assitant Manager this eveing Joshua.. He said he will have management call me regarding my order and a clean up for my sons vehicle. He said it was an old truck so he didnt care. Regardless if it was my New vehicle or my sons classic oldie truck, you should have the courtesy to apologize at the very least refund my money and give me a car wash for the carpet. We actually put carpet in this truck a year ago. I have since called and left another Message for a manager and it seems there is no adult managers available. We are paying customers providing you the opportunity to stay open in this Pandemic and at the very least your service should be excellent. Read moreSo after contacting Chick-fil-A through their customer support as our makes you I got an e-mail stating there was nothing they could do about the horrible customer service we received because each location is owned individually. I took my daughter's for lunch between all our chaos of appointments as we usually do and the girl in training couldn't figure out how to get me my receipt nor did she ask for help. Upon the manager bringing out half of our order of 1 chicken sandwich, 1 southwest salad, 1 large waffle fry, and 1 kids chicken nugget meal with waffle fries and a milk I reminded him the kids meal was missing and explained she did not know how to get our receipt. He rolled his eyes and said I'll be back with your kids meal. At this point I said forget it and contacted customer support about it while we ate .I did not hear back from them so I attempted to call but their phone system is horrible so I sent another message and needles to say they don't care. My family and I have enjoyed the healthier option when being out but it's not worth the treatment honestly Chick-fil-A is going to turn into another disappointing fast food place that you can't even sit at because the tables are always dirty and the staff don't have to adhere to providing positive...
