Arrived without issue, scored a nice parking space close to the front. The parking lot was debris free and the building exterior appeared well maintained and free of issues. Warmly greeted upon entry by the highly enthusiastic hostess. The interior was warm and inviting, tastefully decorated. The place was a ghost town so we elected to sit at the bar in hopes of obtaining better service, unfortunately the girl was often distracted and absent apparently on other issues then running the bar which made us feel notably less valued as guest then l would have preferred. Maintaining our drink refills soon proved problematic. I ordered the French Onion soup. I found the caramelized onions to be spot on with flavor intensity. Additionally we ordered the onion petals, it's LongHorn version of the blooming onion and found it far superior to anyone else's blooming onion. It arrived with a sauce that was heaven sent, divinely delicious. I would highly recommend experiencing the onion petals on any future visit. Additionally we received complimentary bread and butter which also proved highly addictive. I ordered the medium rare filet and lobster tail with a loaded baked potato. My dinning companion ordered the salmon. The meals arrived in short order. While I found my food hot, fresh and delicious, my steak was cooked to absolute perfection, the addition of some Worcestershire sauce completed it's flavor, unfortunately my companion found her bland fish lacking in flavor, something that the addition of a sauce probably would have improved. She replaced her meal with a chicken dish that she was equally unimpressed with. Personally l order steak at a steakhouse so l have no pity for people who order non steak items at steakhouses, that said, l found the entire evening to be filled with a delightful ambiance, wonderful food and good but certainly not great service. I'd gladly return again. 🇺🇸🇺🇲🇺🇸 In a patriotic gesture, LongHorn proudly extends a military discount that is always appreciated.🇺🇲🇺🇸🇺🇲

I actually wrote a three-star review for this place quite a little while ago but just visited it tonight and I have to say, I don't know if I caught him on a bad day back then or maybe I was just having a bad day but this place was absolutely amazing. I'm usually not a big fan of the chain steakhouses but I have to say, the service was absolutely top notch and the food was incredible. I seriously got better service when I do at Ruth's Chris and honestly the food was just as good. The big difference, my last bill at Ruth's Chris was $700 for four of us. Today it was about 200 bucks before the tip. Should you decide to visit this place I hope you get Erica. This young lady was attentive, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the meaning. I asked her to surprise us on a couple of appetizers and I've done this in the past at other places and just got a shrug or the generic "everything's good" answer. Not Erica, she picked out a couple of her favorites and proceeded to tell us how they were prepared and why she liked them so much. You will notice from my reviews I almost never give five stars and I don't believe I've ever given one to a chain. Well in this case if I could do six I almost would and I have to say four of those Stars would belong to gray service the rest is obvious solid management. Keep up the good work y'all!

Today I had to send my pup on her next adventure to the Rainbow Bridge. I wanted her to have the best steak for her journey, so I ordered her the 9 ounce filet, medium rare. I’d decided to take her to the park one last time so she could eat her steak, some ice cream and some chocolate and then snooze in the grass. When I went inside to pick up her order, a young gentleman walked out from the kitchen area and asked if I was Justin. I told him I was, he went and got my order, brought it back to me and told me that his name was Tanner, and that they had already taken care of the bill for me. He then went above and beyond and gave me a hug. I didn’t know it, but I really needed that hug. I have no family here, so it was highly appreciated. He also shared that he had lost his Dalmatian four weeks ago. I don’t recall if I offered my condolences or not, so Tanner, if you’re reading this, I apologize if I didn’t, and I’m so very sorry for your loss. I’m sure your pup is romping with Ember, and showing her the ropes. If Tanner’s boss is reading this, give that man a raise. He went above and beyond, and has the sort of compassion and people skills that seem to have become lost somewhere. Thank you Tanner and staff for sending Ember on her journey with an amazing final feast. She even liked the sweet potato!

Came here to treat my parents out for dinner, however after receiving our food, 5 minutes later a cockroach appeared and made it's way onto our table. We flagged down the manager and all he did was come over and kill the cockroach on the table and walked away. Then our waiter came back to our table and said, "our manager will take care of everything." I've always come here many times because the food and environment was up to standards but that was the most disgusting experience ever... The manager didn't even care to show his face and apologize himself nor did they bother to clean the table, nothing. They just let us take the food home and that was that. I recommend not even dining here, especially within the booths. Where we sat was next to the bathroom and kitchen side of the restaurant. But since that incident, we've never gone back. The saddest part is that a week ago, we ate at Red Lobster's and unfortunately my mother's steak was not cooked to what she requested, and the waitress noticed herself. She took it upon herself to offer a new plate for my mother AND the manager stepped out himself and apologized for it, not even necessary but he did and offered anything in return, which we declined because they had already gone above and beyond. THAT is true service. Other than working on how to provide great customer service, your restaurant needs to re-educate yourselves on safety and sanitation pronto. My concern is, I know that I'm going to be spending well over $100-200 for the food here, and to witness a cockroach making it's way onto our table, I'm wondering what is going on within the back of the house. A health inspector should definitely be...

Bottom line: Avoid this Longhorn location, go to another steakhouse. Vernon’s Speakeasy is my recommendation. Lackadaisical management.

We experienced a few issues with this Longhorn location in the past. Nothing quite as worthy of a negative review as our recent visit.

Biggest complaint is that we had a party of 17 people. Made reservations an hour in advance and arrived on time and waited an additional 45 minutes. After being seated we were told that the kitchen was “out of” many of our favorite menu options. We attempted to negotiate the cost of those missing items with other options, but management declined.

As a kindness or a courtesy, the manager who I had spoken to could have told us this when we made the reservation. In the middle of talking with him one of our other guests found a bloodied mucus in their napkin. He simply said, “We’re doing the best we can.”

Your “best we can” makes us want to stay home next time sir. Our whole party of 17 walked out. Thank goodness we didn't lose out. At a minimum, we estimated our party would have spent $425. The manager couldn't budge over $6. They made $0. 😵‍💫

Courtesy and customer service is lacking in many places. I feel this is a great plug for Sunnyside Up. We visit their location weekly, and never a bad experience. Their management should offer consultations to Longhorn, it could only improve.

Good luck to your business Longhorn, we will be...
