I will continue to shop online because their in-store customer service is so horrible, the worst Iâve experienced. I spent over $300 on an online order, but a charm I wanted was only available in-store, so I chose to pick it up and have the rest shipped to my house. I get to the store and have to wait almost 30 minutes in line to go into the store. When I come in I smile at the associates and they donât smile back, and no one greets me and they ignore me, but whatever theyâre busy so itâs not a big deal. When I see someone whoâs free I tell them Iâm there to pick up an order, she tells me to hold on and then she says to meet her at the end of the store. So I go to the end of the store and there sheâs helping another lady and when the lady finally leaves, she doesnât tell me sheâs ready for me or anything and starts gossiping with her coworker who is also now free as well. I make my way to the counter so they can see that Iâm ready, but they continue to actively ignore me and gossip while Iâm standing in front of their faces. Then I pull out my ID to have everything ready right away so I can leave as soon as possible. The associate doesnât ask for the name on the order or even asks me if she can see my ID, she just snatches it from my hand and then continues to do other stuff and gossip. Then she just hands me the iPad to sign for the order and doesnât even bag my item. She hands me my item and receipt and forgets to give me my ID back, so I have to ask for it. This was a horrible experience and donât recommend shopping at Pandora in person at all. The employees there make you feel like trash. Standing there waiting to be helped and being ignored on purpose gave so much anxiety. Pandora, please train your staff on how to properly treat people and how to be a decent...
   Read more425p. Came to pick up an online order. Was not greeted. The store was slightly busy. There were three customers ahead of me. There were only two associates on the floor. Another associate came out of the back and pretended to not know that there was so many customers waiting to be helped. She helped the first woman that she saw, which was the last woman to enter the store at the time. One of the customers inform me that he had been waiting since 4:00 p.m. and had not been helped yet, while the new associate on the floor proceeded to help the first person that she saw. I brought this to her attention, she did not apologize she did not adapt nor ask any questions. She just proceeded to say that the woman came up to her and just ask for help. I stated to her that we have all been waiting and she was the last person in the store. The associate just looked at me, shrugged her shoulders, then went to the back and grab the sign and escorted us all out of the store. All instead of helping the correct customer. Not only did she usher us out of the store but by 5:00 p.m. none of us have been helped yet. Your staff is rude and pretentious. University is deserve to be treated this way. Especially the young gentleman that had been waiting over an hour by the time I'm writing this review. Is it normal for your staff to treat customers with stage 3 cancer like myself this way? As we were looking at the rings there were two girls behind the register one helping a customer the other didnât even acknowledge us. As we were browsing waiting to be helped another younger couple comes in and says hello to one of the girls that was done helping the other customer named Bella. Bella decided to tell me to move out of the way so she can start helping this couple who apparently is her friends. My husband and I were so upset we decided to walk out being treated that way! Come to find out my husband had made a comment such as well eff us and Bella just laughed under breath and said yeah. How can customer service be so disregarded and they we were treated so unwarranted!!! We did nothing wrong except wait and got treated disrespectfully!! I spoke to Megan the GM who was no better! She acted like she cared about the issue I had brought up and gave me a lousy 10% off and when we turn around sheâs buddy buddy with her staff! She didnât seem liked she cared that we had been treated so poorly I felt like she was just brushing off the situation. There was no remorse or realigning with staff to make sure that doesnât happen to another customer. No one at the store treated us like we were welcomed if anything we were treated discriminately.
