I ve had numerous problems with this location on several occasions. The most recent one put me over the edge. I used the app to put in an order, paid for it and proceeded to pick up my order. When we got there, we were told that the card had been declined but my argument was that if the card was declined, the order would not have gone through and I would have had to use a different payment. I even had proof that the money had been pulled from my account. During this argument, I saw our order on their screen and watched an employee delete it. As I spoke to the manager she had no answer as to why my order was recieved but declined. We were told that if the payment posted the next day, we could go in for our order then or get a refund by both Mary the supervisor and the manager. We ended up going to another location but 2 hours later I recieved an email stating that I had been refunded my money due to my order being canceled which I did not do. Not sure what games they re trying to pull but I dont appreciate the inconvenience due to their screw up. I 'll never go to this location again. Read moreLast night my wife and I went to this McDonald’s (Carlisle and Claremont) and we left the food fast place confused and frustrated. The gentleman who took our order wrongly entered our order the first time at the start of the drive-thru then messed it up again after arriving at the first window and telling him the again. When we came to the second window we received the order. My wife checked the bag right away and we were missing a large side order of fries. So I turned around and asked about the missing fries. I had to hand the lady my card once more after I had initially paid for the order because they didn’t include the fries in the order. After we settled in the apartment my wife opened her food to find the incorrect sandwich. This morning my wife woke up to puking for an hour and a half straight and calling in from work. Read moreWhen I arrived on October 30, 2019 at 7pm through the Drive thru I was told to come inside and place my order as the screen wasn't working. I only needed one item and they stated that I NEEDED to come inside to place my order. Please keep in mind that it was 28° (below freezing) outside. I had to park my car and walk inside to place my order as the delivery of placing orders wasn't functioning at this location. The leadership was terrible as there were many options to place an order and to continue business at this restaurant using the drive thru. The machines inside were working fine for dine in customers, these could have been used to assist with the drive thru as well. I saw many customers leave the drive thru due to the way the situation was handled. I was not satisfied with how I was able to receive my order and will avoid this location due to its lack of critical thinking skills among its employees and management.
