McDonald's — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I'm going to keep this story short, I went in for dinner I asked for fresh food the girl was probably about 17 if that I don't think she understands what fresh means I went over what I wanted for my meal as soon as I paid for it she went to the bank and tried to hand me food that was made already without any of the modifications I asked for or the fact that the food wasn't even fresh ask for the manager the manager took a whole half an hour to come to the front to see what I needed even after I asked for a refund because the manager was taking too long and the girl acted like she didn't know what fresh meant I then spoke to the manager when he finally came to the front I let him know that his staff was wrestling with their gloves on and that they needed to change their gloves before they made my food and the fact that I wanted my food to be made fresh just to keep the story short he had an attitude and told me he was going to give me my money back after I've been in the store for almost 45 minutes waiting for him to come back to the front even though I asked for a refund a half an hour before the actual refund came how do you not know what fresh food means how do you not train your people to wash their hands before they make people's food and to know what fresh food means this is absolutely ridiculous and I will never go back to this location it's not that hard then the manager refuses to give me his name told me I will never figure out his name nor will I ever find out his name I told him that's ridiculous and if you are a manager you need to tell people your name so that they know who to refer to it's not like I can't call corporate or ask the GM who he is but anyway needless to say this is a terrible place to eat if you want safe food to eat do not come here the manager literally got mad at me because I wanted to eat food that was safe I don't...

I recently visited this McDonald's located at 1501 Coors Blvd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87121 with my family, and our experience was extremely disappointing and concerning.

We placed our order and requested water along with our meal. To our shock, when the water was served, there was blood on the straw. This is completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the hygiene and safety standards at this location.

I immediately tried to report this issue to the New Mexico Department of Health, but my calls went unanswered due to an automated voice system. I then contacted the Albuquerque Police Department, but they were unable to assist at the time due to other priorities. The restaurant manager was unhelpful and simply directed me to go to the police station to file a video release form to view the security footage.

Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was poor, and the employees did not appear to maintain proper hygiene standards. The dining area was dirty, and the staff seemed indifferent to the situation.

This experience was extremely distressing, especially considering the potential health risks associated with blood contamination. I urge McDonald's Corporate Office to take immediate action to investigate this matter and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. The safety and well-being of customers should always be a top priority.

Pull up at midnight the long line at is discouraging but we see several employee inside of restaurant. Having faith the line will move fast, we wait.

While in line with clear view inside the lobby, we observe employees standing around. No ugentcy whatsoever.... Just standing around, the line is growing.

Finally get up to speaker box and the kid on the line says please wait to place my order. After a long wait with which sounds like he is playing with the speaker turning it off and on finally takes my order.

The car in front of us speeds off aggressively didnt seem to place an order after our long wait!!!

Ready to order the employee states that cash only are the only transactions accepted at this time.

He should have mentioned that before he wasted my time playing with the speaker box and placing me on hold.

Placing the order was impossible! He says to me after midnight they do not serve crispy chicken but could order a McChicken?!?!!??

I order a hamburger with fries, to her food is cold!

We found it funny my meal was $7.50 even.... I ask for a receipt and they don't have them at this time.

These employees clearly didn't want to work!

Probably keep a whole lotta cash only transactions!

The drive thru was to the street at this point with only 1 lane open
