McDonald's — Restaurant in Albuquerque

If I could give this McDonald’s no star I would ! We ordered two double quarter pounders . We get home and the meat isn’t even cooked ! Looked like they didn’t even put it on the grill. I call and ask to speak to the manager to see if I could take them back to get new ones, He says sure come back and call me when you get here, I get there and call him . He then tells me to wait in the line ( mind you the line is long ) I wait another 15 min in line for them to not know what I’m talking about.I finally just tell them I need the manager, he comes to window grabs the bag and looks at the burgers , he tells me ok mam just park over there and I’ll take you out new ones. I waited in the parking spot where he told me for 10 more min. So I call him to ask how much longer ? He tells me sorry but the burgers just keep coming back raw . I told him ok if you can’t get me my burgers then I want my money back! He says ok I’ll be right out . I waited another 5 min for him to just send someone else out with my money . This isn’t the way you handle business ! You should have had my burgers ready by the time I got to the window ! You should have told your employees about issue so they new what was going on ! I shouldn’t have to wait a total of 30 min just for my money back and for...

I'm going to start off by saying it wouldn't let me post a review without giving a rating...truly I wouldn't leave a star. Reading reviews doesnt surprise me at all about the poor service, I have and was recently given the worst customer service possible. A few weeks ago my daughter who is a former employee of this location and I went in to get drinks and was starred at and talked about the entire time...shouldn't they be getting their orders right??? If you are putting in a complaint GOOD luck, the customer service will never get fixed...if you look white or are white you are considered "trash" at least that's what the graveyard "manager" Monica says. When I called to complain about the way my daughter was treated I was told by corporate office " were you there"? So that's where the customer service training comes from. That's probably why there is a Now Hiring sign posted up all year round...I will not be going to this McDonald's anymore nor will anyone in my family.I would rather drive farther to another location due to the fact that Monica said go to another location??? Mind you I’m not targeting this place at all, it’s just within past 24 hours this is the only place I’ve had to eat since I’ve been traveling from California to Colorado. Literally haven’t had anything else. I ordered 2 hot and spicy mcchickens and 2 McDoubles, medium fry and medium coke then went to my hotel room to rest up for the night. The hot n spicy mcchicken’s tasted a little awkward last night but I continued cause again, haven’t had anything to eat, this was the only place that was open and I love McDonald’s. This morning (12/3 @ 12:08AM) I’ve literally puked out everything I’ve tried to drink or eat, got stomach pains, and explosive you know that & I can’t go to sleep till it passes (it’s that bad). Either this place needs to reevaluate their cooks, or needs to reevaluate its stock cause this is not acceptable. And yes I’m still in pain rn and yes I literally pushed out that last nearly 8 hour drive from Albuquerque to Fort Collins on this amount of pain....
