We have visited the establishment twice now, and overall, I find it a really nice place to stop in and have a bite and drink. We really liked it, but the parking situation is not ideal. On our first visit, we sat at the bar and had amazing service from everyone. The bartender gave us his recommendations, which were fantastic, and made us great drinks. And, when he was busy, the other bartender asked if he could get us anything. The service was excellent. Our first visit was five stars. Our second visit yesterday was nice. We had a great server, Aurora, who was wonderful!! She was really good about checking on us and making everything right. This time tho, we ordered two cocktails, one with diet soda, one with regular. The bartender put them up on the bar and didn't specify what was what. When our server asked her to remake them so we knew for sure, she refused to make them, which was sorta rude of the bartender, I felt. She tasted them, and we felt like she guessed because you couldn't tell with the alcohol in it... Our server literally had to put the drink orders in separately so that they wouldn't be mixed up. Because of this, it did take a while for both of us to get our drinks this time. But that was the only way she could get the drinks remade without pushback from the bar. The only other minus was that the appetizer came out at the same time as our pizza, so we also had to wait quite a while for food. Overall, we really like the place and think it's nice, and we enjoy the food we've gotten there: pretzel bites with queso, steak and fries, calamari, and a carne pizza. Read moreWe have been to RGS twice now. The food is not horrible, but it is nothing I would go out of my way for. It is just average and the prices are what I call "post-pandemic average." The staff is ok, not overly friendly, but not sassy either! Just your basic "post-pandemic service." (Only, maybe not that bad! Because ever since shutdown, customer service has been awful! They were not awful. Just meh!) What really got to me both times was that they have supplies, boxes, paperwork, and office work happening in plain sight of the customers. I think it is odd. The first time we were there there was business paperwork all over the tables with computers like the managers were working in the restaurant area. Also, the staff was folding napkins and prepping in plain sight too. So, it gives a messy look and customers don't want to watch staff and management doing their day to day things. If there is no office, then I suggest a large room divider in the back with a few tables for staff's busy work. It is like having guests over for a party and your mom is in the living room folding your laundry. Just weird! It would definitely elevate the experience. All the negative is out of the way. The positives were the atmosphere. It is super trendy and will be a great place to have cocktails and an appetizer in the summer. It gives you the vibe of California or Dallas. Read moreStay Away!!!! All I wanted wa a burger and a beer. 505 burger ordered with sauce on the side. Burger arrived without bacon and no green chile. Server said they would remake the burger, after waiting I told them they could just bring the bacon and chile and I would put it on the food I had in front of me. Server brought out another burger and took the first one away. This burger had the special sauce which I had asked to be on the side. They again said they would have the burger remade, my wife had already finished her meal by this time so I ended up skipping dinner and asking for the bill. I am not nor was I looking for anything for free, which is a good thing because there was no offer to make this right in any way, after paying the bill in full I asked to speak to a manger. When the manager came to the table they advised they were aware of what had occurred. After not receiving my order correctly twice and no customer service interaction I told the manager the customer service was poor, I would never come back, leave them a poor review, and tell everyone I know not to go there, the manager’s reply was “Thank you”.
