Sorry but no. I tried giving this place a 2nd chance but I paid $32 for this meal. 3 egg rolls for $7 and they absolutely suck. None of the ingredients where fresh. The mint was wilted and brown. The lemon was dry and hard. The jalapeños where dark and pruning. And I got like 4 tiny slices of rare beef. Wth is that?! For the same price go to SAIGON DRAGON 2 & you get double the amount of what you get here and everything is DELICIOUS! Highly disappointed never again. I order the minor pho and it was $12 each... not worth what they give..

This is based of a GrubHub delivery. The spring rolls were delicious. They were legit. The peanut butter sauce was good. I prefer it a little thicker so it sticks to the spring roll, but none the less it was still tasty. The Banh Mi's were also tasty. The only drawback was they were kind of on the small side. If they were a lttle biggie than it would be a definate win all the way around and I'd give it 5 stars.

Everything was great, but the food was reminiscent of what you’d find in a food court. Definitely fast casual food, and the pricing reflected that. Flavors were cohesive with what you’ve expect from hand made spring rolls. I think there needs to be some kind of draw to their menu that sets them apart from others, like adding spice levels or elevating the sauce or ingredients in their stir fried rice noodles.

I really like this place. I really want them to succeed. Having said that, if your name is "spring rollin" then you should probably do spring rolls better than anything. Unfortunately, the job of wrapping a spring roll is not up to par at this place. A spring roll should be rolled as tight as possible so that it can be eaten without falling apart. Both of my spring rolls were so loose that they disintegrated immediately on the first bite. That leaves you with nothing but a plateful of ingredients that you cannot enjoy. Please, please, please teach your employees how to properly roll a spring roll. It should be tight and formed so that it can be enjoyed bite after bite and still hold its form. On high note, the egg rolls were fresh and delicious. Came out piping hot which is always wonderful. As far as their pho, it was adequate with a savory broth. All in all, I will return to try them again, but they must improve their spring rolling ability otherwise they should...

I was not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. The staff is extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to make sure we understood the menu, and had infinite patience as we asked questions while ordering.

The spring rolls are made to order, with standard rolls or build your own. The egg rolls are pre-made, but cooked to order. They also have a sandwich and pho. They were out of a few ingredients which didn't affect our order, but minorly affected the couple after us.

We both had chicken spring rolls, he with cilantro lime dipping sauce which he said was pretty spicy and yummy, and I had peanut dipping sauce which was heavenly. The rolls themselves were nice sized, flavorful, and really fresh. One order comes with 2 spring rolls, which was enough for us. If you have a larger appetite, I recommend the combo special they are offering right now.

We'll...

i have eaten at all spring rollin' and pho kup locations over the years but never again! the quality has been inconsistent and across locations, many of which have closed. but last night was the last straw. picked up a triple combo from the cottonwood location. ordered two chicken spring rolls, two veggie egg rolls and the birria pho. not sure if that's what i received as it wasn't like birria broth AT ALL, seemed like regular beef to me, though i was told i had to get the "birria meat" if i was getting the birria broth and i also couldn't determine how it differed from their brisket. the basil had a lot of brown spots and the pho meat and broth was cold by the time i got home which made no sense since it was only about a 5 minute drive. i was worried they hadn't been kept at the right temp to begin with and sure enough, i woke up at 3am with food poisoning that lasted...
