I really like this place. I really want them to succeed. Having said that, if your name is "spring rollin" then you should probably do spring rolls better than anything. Unfortunately, the job of wrapping a spring roll is not up to par at this place. A spring roll should be rolled as tight as possible so that it can be eaten without falling apart. Both of my spring rolls were so loose that they disintegrated immediately on the first bite. That leaves you with nothing but a plateful of ingredients that you cannot enjoy. Please, please, please teach your employees how to properly roll a spring roll. It should be tight and formed so that it can be enjoyed bite after bite and still hold its form. On high note, the egg rolls were fresh and delicious. Came out piping hot which is always wonderful. As far as their pho, it was adequate with a savory broth. All in all, I will return to try them again, but they must improve their spring rolling ability otherwise they should...
Read moreI was not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. The staff is extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to make sure we understood the menu, and had infinite patience as we asked questions while ordering.
The spring rolls are made to order, with standard rolls or build your own. The egg rolls are pre-made, but cooked to order. They also have a sandwich and pho. They were out of a few ingredients which didn't affect our order, but minorly affected the couple after us.

The rolls themselves were nice sized, flavorful, and really fresh. One order comes with 2 spring rolls, which was enough for us. If you have a larger appetite, I recommend the combo special they are offering right now.
