Normally I do not write reviews unless I really like something... Well in this case I wish I could put zero stars. I am a regular of Starbucks. I go just about every morning to get my day started. Well I have been going to this Starbucks since they opened the location about two years ago. I noticed last year in summer time the service has started going down hill. They would jip me on the last two ounces and not fill it up all the way or not make my coffee right. Well I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt and kept going there. Well in February of this year It started getting really bad. I went one morning before my work out at 6 am and was told they do not have cold brew until 5pm which I knew was a lie because that is what I get all of the time. I just went with it and ordered a caramel macchiato hot. The girl must not have heard me and asked so again I said hot not cold. When I pulled up to the drive thru she gave me a cold one. When I waited to give it back she hid. I had my work use them for an event a week later, had called a week prior to set it all up called the night prior to confirm everything and they acted like they had no clue what was going on. three weeks later I get a cold brew from them and it HAS CURDLED MILK IN IT. I had to go home from work early because I couldn't stop throwing up. instead of calling corporate then I just told all of my friends and family not to go there ever again. This morning I send my fiance to get us some cold brews expecting him to go to a different location. Well he did not and this just goes to show you once more that they just need to be shut down or they just need to hire all new staff because they screwed up again!!!! Cold brew with out any cream should look like black coffee. NOT LIKE WATERED DOWN TEA!! HE ORDERED MINE WITH CREAM AND IT LOOKS LIKE AND TASTES LIKE IT IS ONLY CREAM!! I CALL TO GET CORPORATE PHONE NUMBER AND ALL i ENDED UP WITH WAS A " i AM SO SORRY COME BY AND i WILL MAKE YOUR DRINK CORRECTLY" SHE NEVER GAVE ME CORPORATE NUMBER AND ARE YOU PLANNING ON MAKING ME CORRECT DRINKS FOR THE PAST...
Read moreThe staff here is absolutely amazing, that’s not my complaint. I’ve been frequenting this Starbucks with my dad for a long time and they’ve always been accommodating and great. My complaint is that my father has been so kind to these people. Every Friday it was a tradition to bring in some snacks (donuts, slices of pizza, etc…) for the staff here, including for the managers meeting that I assume happens here on Fridays. He’s created bonds with these people and gone out of his way to be kind because he wants a good relationship with the people he sees every single day. He’s spent tens of thousands of dollars here per year, my sibling and I grew up going to Starbucks with him. When he took us to Mexico the FIRST place he took us was the Mexican version of Starbucks because he loves this place SO MUCH.
Unfortunately, a couple of weeks ago he brought in some meals for the employees AND managers, and a district manager named Ashley, who was normally nice, told him he CANT bring snacks anymore because the employees are eating on the floor. The employees eating on their own time is not any of his business. She got a complete snarky attitude with him, got into an argument with him, and told him “DONT FORGET YOUR FOOD ON YOUR WAY OUT”.
This is literally the last time he stepped foot into ANY Starbucks. You know the feeling you get in your heart when you try to do something kind to others, and then somebody mean shoots you down? That’s how he felt.
The way she spoke to him, the way she handled this, is absolutely disgusting to me. If the employees aren’t allowed gifts etc, then they should be able to handle that themselves. The district manager shouldn’t be confronting their most loyal customer in an unprofessional manner. Her last comment really sealed the deal that nobody in my family will ever step foot in here again, or any Starbucks for that matter.
Thank you Ashley the District Manager. I hope this place gets better again. Because you ruined a years long family routine and lost this store out on a huge chunk of money. Do better by your customers....
Read moreI have been a loyal customer to this location, but no more. They ran out of receipt paper so the hostess wrote it on paper for my documentation but forgot to give me my blueberry muffin I had ordered. I returned on Saturday to order my usual and mentioned it to the hostess and she had her manager at the drive up window. I proceeded to inform him that they wrote the transaction on a piece of paper but I never received my muffin. He stated "They told me this happens to you quite a bit". I was insulted that he was insinuating that I was trying to pull a fast one. I went back to my business and had a meeting with my 101 employees and discussed the experience and encouraged them to frequent another location. This is not how you take care of a loyal customer! I am sure I will not obtain a response from the manager or owner as their high turnover is indicative of there lack of customer service.
