I really wanted to like this place, and maybe I just came on an off day, but this being my first class, I had expected to feel much more welcome. I was very quickly shown around (and the class room door was just pointed out and then the teacher quickly went back to the front). Ok, I get it - it’s a busy time getting people checked in. But then after class no one said a word to me. Not “how did you like the class?” or asked if I had any questions, or even a simple “enjoy the rest of your day.” I felt awkward. No one mentioned anything about membership options, which I was interested in, but I was never given an opportunity to inquire. Missed opportunities to offer even basic arm balances like crow or side crow, maybe eight angle… You can truly cater to ALL levels if you just provide a few more advanced options for people to try. Maybe this is offered in...

From the moment you step inside, you feel the vibrant and welcoming energy that the owners and teachers have created. The community they've built here is amazing – it's a place where everyone feels at home and connected. Their commitment to the community is evident in their special classes for first responders, which truly highlights their dedication to making everyone feel welcome and appreciated.

Each session with her strikes the perfect balance – it's challenging yet deeply relaxing. She pushes you to your limits, encouraging growth and strength, while also guiding you to find peace and rejuvenation. By the end of her class, I felt both invigorated and centered.
Jessica's expertise and genuine care for her students make every class an exceptional experience. They foster a nurturing environment where everyone feels welcome, seen and heard, regardless of sex, race, gender, age or athletic ability. Whether you’re a novice or have had years of yoga instruction this place is for you! Their RYT 200 hour program was excellent and their teachers were second to none! The community and friendships you gain from being a part of their teaching program is nothing short of amazing. The women I met at Sweat Yoga School were nurturing and supportive and I hope to carry those friendships I created for a lifetime.
