Ok, so we’ve been here a few times the two years we’ve lived up the street. As a culinarian with management experience I have a standard for any restaurant. The performance of the guys working yesterday was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a subway. None of the 3 foot longs we bought were toasted long enough to even melt the cheese thoroughly. (Didn’t know till we made it home) They had the radio up loud enough you had to speak up, none of them gave the feeling they cared about quality. The one thing you should learn working for big chains like subway, McDonald’s etc is everyone knows what to expect when they eat there and you have to live up to that quality and stay efficient in the process. The extra effort to pay attention goes a long way in the kitchen. As food service employees we need to be as detail oriented as medical professionals because not doing so can end with someone being in the hospital. The quality of work seen yesterday only makes me question your sanitation and whoever is in charge needs to be on this. If your looking for management, I have culinary and management experience and would be happy to discuss helping. Let me know how to get...

Read moreI had a disappointing experience due to poor customer service. My meal totaled $10.35, and I handed the cashier a $20 bill, politely offering the additional 35 cents to simplify the change. She said she couldn’t accept it and seemed confused by the math. What made the situation worse was her attitude—she became dismissive and even refused to assist with something as simple as handing over the cup for my drink.
Basic courtesy and math skills should be expected in customer-facing roles. Unfortunately, both were lacking during this visit.
To make matters worse, the food was sloppily made and looked rushed, with little care in presentation. Overall, the service and quality fell far below expectations. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving both staff training and food preparation. I was with my fellow co workers during this...
