Sushi Xuan Asian Grill — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I’ve been to this establishment many times. I’ve met mike and he is a wonderful manager. He cares about customer service. I’ve taken my family, friends and a big group of work people to go have ramen. I live right around the corner. I ordered dinner tonight for me and my wife. My seafood soup had no baby bokchoy and no mushrooms. We paid extra for the fried rice. It had no egg in it. The chicken dish was supposed to come on cabbage and instead came on lettuce. I called and talked to a guy and he said they didn’t have it the necessary ingredient listed on the menu. Couldn’t get them. I was not informed of any of this when I ordered. I’m extremely disappointed. The quality up until this meal was fantastic. Even more concerning is I tried to call back after I expressed my displeasure to the guy on the phone. Straight to voicemail 5 times. I called from my wife’s cell. First time the call goes through. I’m appalled to consider that I was blocked after expressing my displeasure with my meal. I asked for mike the Second time around when I finally got through . The guy said he wasn’t there. There are business out here dying for business offering 30% off and you are out here charging full price and not fulfilling your commitment. No courage to tell me I would not have select items in my food cause you couldn’t get them. I would of gladly ordered something else. Thumbs...

Came in on a Tuesday after convincing myself to go out and treat myself. The place was busy so some allowance but constantly heard people saying “still waiting on…” I ordered sushi combo b as pictured. The fish was good but the description of the combo is inaccurate. They have a salad by the name of “viagra salad” that includes mixed fish on it. When the dish arrived it was clear I had gotten the ginger one. The waitress told me it doesn’t come with that combo. After referencing both the in store menu and the online menu and seeing viagra Salad on both, the waitress went to tell her manager, only to come back and tell me the manager said it doesn’t come with it. Whoever the manager was couldn’t deign to grace me with his presence and tell me why. Disappointed overall even though the sashimi and hand roll itself was good and plentiful on the fish. The vegetable tempura was cold, still flavorful and the picture is half eaten. A female manager did come up after and apologize and comped a portion of the meal. I do appreciate the gesture to make it better.

Just definitely an inaccurate description which should be corrected, or customers should be notified, or the 19.95 price should...

My daughter and I’s experience at the Sushi Xuan Asian Grill was nothing short of a blessing. From the beginning to the end, the service was orchestrated with much hospitality. We ordered vegetable tempura , pad Thai noodles with shrimp, salmon sushi roll, tuna sushi, roll, and our complementary soup consisted of egg drop soup and hot and sour soup. The tempura texture was like nothing I’ve ever had. It defeated the bland traditional tempura due to its double or triple coating that had a sweet taste. Also, it was even better as we ate it as leftovers the next day. The sushi is the right size which is bite size.The soups were flavorful and MSG free in all the dishes. The pad Thai noodles were overall delightful, In addition to the exquisite food, I made a new friend , MELISSA. Although I am not sure of her title, I hope that everyone gets the pleasure and joy in meeting her. She is friendly and her kindness is overwhelmingly good. My waitress was pleasant too. Also, the water glasses were clean, as well as the restrooms, and entire restaurant. I recommend this restaurant and we will return. I will take...
