Living within New Mexico, Taco Bell is going to immediately become a fast food favorite (or any local restaurant showcasing southwestern flavor). When we consider fast food restaurants consumers want food that tastes good, is reasonably priced, is timely and consistent with national and locally advertised products and specials. If this is what you were looking for, then this is not the Taco Bell location for you.
I've been to this Taco Bell restaurant on numerous occasions throughout the years. Initially during Covid the service was great, the packaging and delivery would be considered white glove service (even for fast food terms). There was a short period when you could go to this restaurant and they adhered to covid-19 regulations as well as presented your food and in an outstanding manner. Everyone wore gloves and masks. Your bag would be sealed when you received it, and the items inside would be hot and tasty. Much more they handed you your food on a serving tray. A serving tray!
A sense of normalcy has become routine at this SE Central location. To be fair there is a shortage of individuals willing to work in fast food restaurants at this time. That being said, there are other fast food restaurants who are able to overcome this deficiency.
Unfortunately the service here is not always consistent. On numerous occasions I have gone to this restaurant and they are not selling National advertised products (Nacho Fries, Kickstart Mountain Dew beverages to make a few). As a matter of fact, they have been without Mountain Dew blast for an extended time lasting no more less than 10 months.
Now we all know that that fast food is not the best for a healthy routine diet. When we do decide to take the plunge we hope our sacrifice/commitment to our cause of a tasty meal was worth it.
There was a time when you would receive a cardboard supportive cradle for your Doritos Locos Tacos. The cradle allows the taco to stay whole and complete. Nobody likes cracked or broken taco! Now when you order Doritos Locos tacos at this location you do not get the cardboard supportive cradle. Little details like these are what bring customers back.
Over the past year this location consistently has issues with their ordering service, cash register and/or computer. These technical difficulties have forced their consumers to go to other locations. This is such a disappointment.
When thinking about the customer service, consistency and value/availability of products offered at this location, I am unable to give it the highest rating.

Read morei ordered delivery from this location and let me tell you, this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have ever experienced. online it didn’t give me an option to order crunchy tacos instead of soft, so i tried calling the store. For about 15 minutes i got a busy signal, so i decided to call my delivery driver. She asked if we could change our 4 tacos to crunchy because it didn’t let us online. The manager Ramon refused and said they were already made and there was nothing he could do. I told him i had been calling the store and no answer! He replied we don’t have a phone as if i am supposed to know this. Not only was he rude and disrespectful to me but also my delivery driver. He did not try to resolve my issue at all. i’m top of all this the food was absolutely disgusting and old. will never go back here again.
