Wendy's — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Update: so i try again this morning I make sure they are open according to Google , I even walked up to the door and see the hours say 7:30 a.m. . I try to open the door and it's completely locked . So I go around get in my car in attempt to go to the drive-thru . The worker who I can assume was the manager, A shorter maybe native ameri can young woman. , I have to give credit where credit is due she took my order rather quickly and got me out of there . I don't know what it is with places not wanting to have their dining room open , but at the end of the day that's me just nitpicking . So I have to give them a little better score LOL ...

I just left burger king down the street because I sat in the drive through for almost three and a half minutes with not a single response.. I come up here down the street to this Wendy's and they I sit there for roughly a minute. , nobody responding to me simply saying hello.. Now bear in mind there's not a single car in front of me or a Single customer in the store... I go to start pulling away and the lady says I will be with you in a little while...

I don't get it.. So it took you almost two minutes to tell me that you still aren't ready.. With not a single person in the store??

So over the last year not only have prices gone up insanely expensave, to where I can't feed me and my 2 kittens without Spending thirty five dollars But now the service absolutely sucks as well.. I mean i'm not asking for v I p here l well, but simply the bare minimum..

So my plan this morning to get something else for breakfast on the way to work That Wasn't McDonald's, has failed miserably lol though people knock them. But at least I know that when I pull up to a drive through someone will answer me and they get that...

Don't waste your time, it's mid 2021 everyone in your their has enabled contact less payment. To top that off you don't accept over 100s makes doing business with you impossible in a modern time. Get with its Wendy's Louisiana. BTW I went to McDonald's a block away Food was fresh, wireless payment enabled and I saved bucks. Sorry Wendy guess your losing it again the new menu won't save ya if you live with 90s tech.

Update 2023

Well here I am all daughter went to the dentist today was a champ, but she wanted Wendy's as a reward boy was that stupid. We ordered at 7.10pm 2 simple meals a Dave's double and a kids 4 piece meal. 7.57pm we wondering where our food is.. as we waited to ask we watch some man handle my burger then hand it to the woman and it's placed back in the warmer after a customer bare hand touched it. 🤢 she proceeded to handle customer and when we asked where our order where she was lost. In a scramble I'm given the mishandled burger see pic. Given food left out forced to accept their just out of frosty mix. And no refund offered . We were given a freaking cookie.. like wth. Terrible visit and experience. 2 old dudes in front of us said and this is supposed to be fast food.

I hadn't been to a Wendy's for at least a couple or three years. I used to like their burgers and their chili, but overall the ones I visited most recently seemed to be going downhill as far as appearance, customer service as wells as food went.

We recently moved to the North Valley and decided to try this Wendy's when my wife and I wanted to get a quick bite to eat. I tried the "Mediterranean Power Salad," and really liked it. Fresh ingredients, chicken cooked just right and real feta cheese served with a light balsamic dressing. Since then I've tried all their salads, which were new to me. All were exceptional for a fast-food restaurant and would have been acceptable at a "real," much pricier restaurant. McDonalds, BK, Carl's have nothing that even comes close to this quality. And their burgers are still good, fries excellent, chili is superb. This particular location is also very clean and modern. Free WiFi too! So we're really happy to have discovered this place so very near to our new home. Finally can eat at a fast food place and get a QUALITY salad at a very reasonable cost and burgers/fries are there when you just can't...
