This store sucks! I went there Fridays took the food home and when I got there they did not get any of the order correct. So we called down there spoke with the manager and they said that we would be able to get I ordered done properly the next time we come. So the next day we go down there because they messed up to get our order and the order was messed up again. We called the store and spoke with the manager and they said they will fix the problem the next time we came, which was a lie. I called them today on my lunch and spoke to a manager named Alexander who told to come down there and he would give me the order that they messed up in 10 minutes. I was on lunch break so I didn't really have time to waste so I decided to call them first to see if they found the note that the manager left me so I can get my food. When I called them back he told me that he could not give me the food that I was promised due to their mess up. Did Alexander call me and tell me don't come because it was not approved? No he did not. But what he did say is that since the store already messed up once I now have to speak to another manager tomorrow when i made plans to get the food today for lunch like I'm the one who messed up. This store seems quite worthless the manager seemed incompetent and the staff seems...
Read moreFive Guys has been our go to burger joint for years, usually very dependable. This time sadly was mediocre at best. The staff was courteous and our order made it to us in the usual timely fashion. Unfortunately they got the toppings completely wrong on both burgers... wasn't even close. The interesting thing is the cashier did his job, the toppings on our receipt were accurate, but for some reason the burger builders went lone wolf and added multiple toppings that were not ordered. We dealt with it by just removing what we didn't want but what a waste of food. The kicker wasn't the messed up burger order, it was the smell by the coke machines, just plain nasty. To my wife's dismay I expressed my feelings on the matter out loud, as in, "man it stinks over here, let's move closer to the door" Knowing full well the manager in his black collared shirt, glasses, and black cap heard every word. Instead of acknowledging me, he chuckled and went back behind the counter, that does not in any way represent the Five Guys values I remember from back in their early days in Virginia and DC....
Read moreWhen I walked in, I was not greeted as usual. As I walked up to order, I got off the telephone and waited to be helped. The employee who was cooking finally walked around the counter to the register and stood there staring at me. Didn't speak a word. I asked if she was ready or if she had a question for me because it was really awkward. She said, "ready when you are!" I responded by saying, "well, I've been ready." As I ordered, she punched in my order never asking me if there was anything else I wanted or even speaking. It was extremely confrontational to the point I almost asked her if she had an issue. I paid and waited for about 20 minutes with no one ahead of me. When the order was ready the young man just stood at the counter waiting for me to read his mind. The female employee then yelled across the restaurant, "your food is ready!!" So I walked over got my food then asked for her name. I have NEVER been treated like this at this restaurant. In fact, my son considers the employees friends since we go there often. Very disappointed and plan to contact the...
