Panera Bread — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I come here about once a month. Lately things have been slipping. Last month I ordered a half sandwich, but was charged for a full sandwich. They offered to refund me for the half I didn't order. However, what they actually did was charge me for another half and refund that. This wasn't clear until my credit card bill arrived later. This month I ordered a You Pick Two through rapid pickup to go. My salad box was only half full and missing croutons. My soup was maybe 2/3 full and they gave me only a fork and knife, no spoon. I didn't realize this until I was back at my hotel. So I drank my soup. The order also took much longer than usual. Managers try hard to undo staff's damage of rudeness, incompetence and chasing customers out so they can close early. I got up to refill my hot beverage and busser girl Lesley cleared my food. By 815 pm she was aggressively vacuuming- almost ran over my foot- and by 830 she locked the front doors and denied guests entry saying they were closed when they were open for another hour! I called manager to let him know. He immediately came out, unlocked the doors and welcomed guests. Any staff member who wants to leave that early and takes it upon herself to lock out guests should be allowed to leave and not return. Getting pretty frustrated with how the curbside service works....., I ordered it and showed up about 5 to 10 minutes after the app said it was ready, pulled up to the store and parked/waited out front for my order. When I pulled up I see a bag, and coffee sitting on the counter in the window ( my order) and an employee look at it a few times and look out in my direction and never came out so I assumed it wasn't mine. After waiting 10 extra minutes after arriving and seeing this employee look at the bag I decided to call only to get no answer.
