First time I ordered through the mobile app. When we arrived at designated time our order was not ready. We waited for 10 minutes until an employee asked if we placed an order. Manager then realized our order was somehow skipped over and started to make it. Manager said they were out of shredded cheese even though there was shredded cheese on the counter. Manager then said we can't have that cheese, it's in case someone orders quesadillas. When I asked if there was enough cheese when we originally ordered, he smirked and said I can't hear you. Placed a second order today through the mobile app. Ordered steak bowls double steak with large chips and guacamole. When my son arrived home with the order he said he was told they were out of steak and had to get chicken. We noticed the chips were missing so my son went back and was told they were out of chips. 20 minutes must have gone by when I returned to ask for a refund for the steak and chips. Encountered the same manager, who's hearing must of gotten better, but rolled his eyes when I asked for the refund. He said he can't give refunds and I have to call customer service. Read moreMan I used to really love chipotle. Back when I lived in Denver chipotle couldn’t be beat. Consistently awesome always having everything and it was all fresh and delicious. Now fast forward to the last 4 years they are ALWAYS out of something whether it’s fajita veggies, guac, chicken, or steak. Chipotle as a whole has taken a down turn for the worse, and this location is really the epitome of that. This location opened last year so it’s a newer store. So I’d expect it to be pretty good, and it’s the opposite, one time I went and a friend of mine ordered 3 different taco (1 Barbados, 1 sofrita, and 1 steak) our total came out to nearly $70 because the cashier rang him up for 3 of each taco. And it was very hard to get a refund. Also it feels like no one really takes pride in working there. I get it, it’s fast food, but as someone who actually has experience in the industry I at least want PAYING customers to have a clean place to eat. Anyway I could climb higher on my soapbox of how I think chipotle needs a bit of restructuring but I think this will suffice. Read moreService was terrible both workers i interacted with were terribly rude meanwhile i smile and say pleasee and thank you to no avail because the worker has decided his attitude will be taken out on me- RICE WAS HARD AS A ROCK i bite into my food to fight all my rice was hard as if it was sitting there for a while or over cooked.. on top of all this the place was dirty as hell… id PREFER SOME DEI HIRES because the whole staff is basically white-blonde-blue eyed but yet they were all terrible rude and clearly not trained properly. I just cannot express enough. How horrible service was how welcomed we felt how hard and dry the rice was. He gave me the scrape from the bottom and they’re not offered to give me new rice when I asked him. He said they have no more rice you get what you see. No eye contact no smile nothing. I have been to plenty of chipotle restaurants and this has been the worst ever. I wish I would’ve read the previous reviews.
