Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Aldine

The lady who calls herself the manager there was horrible. I had a coupon for a deal that Church's endorses on the sights like retailmenot...groupon...so on and whatever. I used a coupon for family and ordered a 3 PC for $3 for me! I leave the establishment...and get a call from the high and mighty/wife...that our baby wants something also. Immediately I turn around get to the same establishment and order again. Carla tells me I can't use a coupon basically to feed my child because it isn't from Church's website...I'm sitting here thinking to myself...like umm...there is a code...all you have to do is input it. I get yelled at, hands slammed to the window surface and rude attitude, because I want to know why this coupon doesn't work but the one I used 15 minutes ago does? Let it be known...I try to save a dollar anyway possible...but in doing so i understand and try to be very respectful. Higher raised voices behind a coupon that the company endorses had ne feeling a certain way. I understand frustration...I don't understand disrespect...I questioned the lady who took the order previously and she gave me the look like the so called manager is on a power trip...food was good...I'll just talk to the manager about Carla. Oh dont worry...my baby got McDonald's... what she really wanted in the 1st...

I went in and ordered over 75.00 of chicken, their was one employee who was very rude and nasty. Her name is Albessa, she acted like she was in charge she spoke very very rude to the other employees, she spoke to them like they were her slaves. She does'nt have any leadership professional skills. Churches should be very embarrassed to have a person like that working for that establishment. Then I asked her for plates and she said their were none in a very rude voice. Then I asked for small boxes then she said, no.. I said Mam! I am taking this food to the park and I need something. Then she ,Albessa threw her hands up in the air stuck her tongue out shaked her head like a animal and said so what!!! I was at the Churchs# 4558 5125 Aldine Mail rt Hou,Te 77039 date I was there 12/03/22 at 1;42 pm check # 20030 please review that video where that person by the name of Albessa acted that very rude that was uncall for. I feel so sorry for the people who have to work with someone like that. SHE WAS AWFUL.. pLUS i HEARD HER HOLLERING AT SOMEONE IN THE DRIVE THRU , AND SHE SAID LOOK LADY GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT... OMG !!! PLEASE HAVE HER WRITTEN UP AND REPORTED TO THE OWNER OF THAT...

This was a horrible experience. The employees do not care to serve African Americans people. The employees are rude and have no customer service experience. The manager sent a person who don’t not speak English to the drive thru window to assist me while they stood there and watched. I’ve watched them dig for older chicken when fresh chicken was right there. They then will turn their back on you not making sure you have all the items you need, w/o making sure you order is correct. So many times they have handed me my food without my drink, walked away from the window and stood there and watched me through the glass as I waved for them to come back to Assit me. They then became angry and with very bad attitude. This is a horrible place to eat. There is another churches on Homestead Rd and Airline. Save your time and money and go eat where they respect the customers. No way to contact the manager or the owner so I’m sure the service will never change. I will never understand why the Spanish women there are so rude and disrespectful. Seem like they only hire Spanish women. Half of them seem illegal as they hide in the back...
