McDonald's — Restaurant in Aldine

Worst service by this McDonald's outlet here. There are "N" number of reasons why I have mentioned it as worst.

1. The timings mentioned is open from 6am but today when I arrived at 6.10 am the door was closed. I was standing outside for about 30 mins where in the employees could see me standing outside the door but nobody attended me at the door nor opened it. The employees were busy in taking only Drive thru customers. I then went to the Drive thru cashier window to talk to the manager there. The manager on duty who I spoke to Ms. Rosa - very rude and very arrogant. She was constantly reiterating that they had few employes on shift and hence they didn't open the door and hence they are not attending any walk-in customers. I told her to put a sign board stating kindly come to the Drive thru since they we are not allowing walk-in. She just walked away from my conversation and then opened the door for me.

Then after that, I placed the order for 2 Caramel Macchiato - Large and Small and 2 sandwich and 2 hash brown. After receiving the order, the Caramel Macchiato had no caramel in it in the small cup. I had to again have a conversation with the other Manager - Julia (very calm and she did apologize to me for making me wait) and explain her everything that everytime I order caramel Macchiato, there is no Caramel or just expresso and thats how I have been played with my money.

2. It's not the first time I have given the feedback to the employee at the cash counter about me being given wrong order but still no response from their side.

It looks like the entire staff is just busy taking orders and giving improper order to the customers.

Very worst service.!! Area Supervisor of this branch should take a deep look into this and fix...

I used a coupon on the deals app to get a large mocha frappe and then also ordered fries with a different phone for a dollar then I went to the restroom after I ordered when I came out I had found out they had given my fries to another man customer and he gave them to me but that's not right they should never give your food out to no one that's not the person that ordered it then the manager assisted that I wanted a medium frappe she was busy doing something with the register when I arrived so she must have hit the wrong button I go there almost every other day to get a frappe and I have never not once got in a medium but she still insisted that it was a medium and demanded me pay 50 more cents before she would even give me the large that I ordered in the first place very rude people working there no customer service and it took 15 minutes just to get a frappe definitely customers always right goes out the window with that place and then the fries were cold also not very fresh I don't know what's going on with them but the best thing was parking tonight there was no filled up parking lot at least I guess we know why don't waste your time at the Aldine Mail Route...

Visited this place due to convenience and craving and had terrible experience here. Let me start by reminding some that mcdonalds is known for their fresh golden fries. I definitely included fries in my order and was immediately concerned at the sight of overcooked, crispy, brown, and hardened fries. We attempted to eat them as is, but the taste was just not there. I contacted the restaurant manager and notified her about the condition of the fries. She apologized and took our tray full of fries only to bring another tray full of fresh cooked fries that were identical. The larger concern here is that a manager should be able to identify the issue here. To remedy the issue is to change out the excessively used cooking oil that is causing the stale taste of fries and discoloration. It also over cooks the fries, causing them to be hard and crispy. My dinner visit was ruined and disappointing. After eating the rest of my food, i returned all the fries and requested my money back. There was no attempt by management to address my final decision. That was even more concerning than the bad...
