I used to LOVE Auntie Anne’s. And today I have lost all respect for the company. We were in line for so long and there was only one customer ahead of us. There was hair in the food and the coworkers were fighting over who’s hair it was. The worker making the pretzels did not cover her face with her face mask and none of them had gloves on or hair nets. I have never been more disappointed. With the pandemic you would think people would atleast follow the rules...

The pretzel I had was good. However, it was not worth it. The young lady who served me was disrespectful. I didn't aim to cause a scene but never again. Horrible.....big time.

I ordered the mini dogs,cheese dip, and a hot chocolate frost. Everything was hot and fresh and devine. The store was clean. Everyone had masks and gloves. The staff was friendly and very engaging. Will definitely be treating myself...
