Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Alexandria

I walk in and one man says hello, and I continue to stand there for a minute or so before being helped. Right behind walks in a family and then a couple. I get my ice cream for my wife and I; there are two registers in this store one on the Dunkin’ Donuts side and one on the Baskin Robbins side. I’m standing on the Baskin Robbins side, and not one worker has the decency to tell me that I should go to the other side to pay. So here I am sitting as the ice cream is melting all over my hand, and I put two and two together since no one told me. I walk over and pay, and I tell the man it was frustrating that no one told me to come over to the other side to pay. By the time I get to my truck, the ice cream is melting so much it was INEDIBLE; I walk right back in and ask for a new cone, since no one was willing to let me know where to pay. Instead of giving me the exact order (two chocolate scoops with a cake cone), he puts it in a cup and tells me that he did not help me because the people who came after me were before me. I told him that no one helped me and watched me stand there waiting patiently to pay. I ruined my shoe because I did not realize the ice cream melted onto it. This is by far the worst customer service and apparently management. FYI this took so long my milkshake was slush when I got back to the truck. So I didn’t even drink it, don’t waste time or money here. There are better...

The Ice cream is great. The customer service from employees are horrible. I don't understand why these people work at this establishment if they are rude to the customers. I also don't understand why management doesn't hire better more respectful employees. I have been to this location a few times being that I live in the area and every time I went to this location the customer service is SO disappointing no matter which employee was there. Also, the employees are rude if you ask them anything about the Icecream and other desserts sold. I recently decided to go to another Baskin-Robbins in Alexandria and the customer service was amazing every time I went. This particular location is close to T.C. Williams High School, in case anyone wants to try it out and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I think the Baskin Robbins in Potomac yards can learn something from this location near T.C. Williams...

Worse customer service Around 6:00pm we went to this location since we wanted to order an icecream cake, the employee (female) scream at us telling us that wasn't possible t ok order the cake, then pretended that didn't understand what I was saying in our way out she scream to us again, this time a male employee approached us and on a passive aggressive tone of voice said,what do you want? I told him that I wanted to get an icecream cake and Hthe employee said, you need 48 hours to place any order. I told him that I understand but the website says only 24 hours were needed, the employee said no the website is wrong you need 48 hours. And told me if you want get one from the ones we have, I told him thank you and walk away...
