I will never eat there again me& my wife attempted to go there to have a meal soon as we walked in a waitress walked up grab two menus then walked away no greeting or nothing so I look around the corner while we were standing at the front I then seen her wave her hand I guess for us to come to her location so I thought that was rude of her how are we to know we supposed to follow u if u didn’t tell us to follow you then the table we sat at had a pitcher of used coffee someone had before we arrived so I walked towards her to let her know it was used coffee in the pitcher she then said they always do that so that was very weird, unsanitary to hear such a thing after that I asked her can we move to another table she said sit wherever u want so we moved so she then came over to our table to take our order I had to ask her what’s her name cause we felt very RUSHED Mimbi was her name, then I ask her to bring me some blueberry syrup from the back that was heated she brought me the entire bottle of syrup was really hot I then said did u put the bottle in the microwave she said yes so she also bought me entire bowl of butter which I never asked for the waffle I ordered was cold, hard so then I seen the Manager Heather to let her know what a bad experience we was receiving Heather did apologize to us but like I said I would never go there again cause I didn’t feel...
Read moreI see this “manager” is consistently a problem at this location so I am not surprised now by my encounter. My Yelp review: If a 0 star could be given, I would be front and center. This location used to be my frequent until tonight. “James” the “manager” had given off a very distasteful attitude. I had came in for a little late night bite to eat with my partner. 22:59 on the dot and we were told from someone working the front, that we could not be seated for dine-in. The staff are friendly.
The food is amazing.
The kids love pancakes. The staff do get me to try new foods getting me out of my comfort zone.
The kids love the pancake syrup choices- strawberry, blueberry, butter pecan and traditional.
Bathrooms are clean.
There is coloring pages for kids of all pages, tic-tac-toe and pancake related word search to do together or alone.
The milkshakes are so good a kiddo I know packed away two vanilla milkshakes, adult sized AND two of four chocolate chocolate chip pancakes with a hefty dollop of whipped cream on top.
Love to take the young ones there. Make that, they expect I will be taking them.... it is not an if it is a 'are we going to IHOP today.'
My one thing is my struggle to get my IHOP credits as an IHOP member.... a few receipts now not credited for..... otherwise, a fun...
