First I was treated rudely for not responding to a worker asking for a pickup name. I wasn't picking up so I assumed they weren't talking to me! I was in line BEHIND someone else, so no it wasn't obvious they were talking to me! So the guy then YELLED it at me and I said I'm sorry I didn't respond I'm not picking something up, I'm ordering at the counter. Then as he gets ready to take my order. He tells me to take my mask off so he can hear me, instead of just asking me to speak up. (I already feel silly with the mask it makes it worse when others are rude about it!) I hesitated taking my mask all the way off because I wasn't comfortable, and without a second beat this jerk walked away saying "Someone come take this order"! Like excuse me? Just because I'm a walk in order, and I'm wearing a mask right now, suddenly I get all this negative attitude? I have worked in customer service, I get that some customers are jerks, but I didn't do anything wrong and this guy was being a jerk! Well I hope he feels good about himself. The next time people want me to pick up food I'm insisting it NOT be Domino's! The people at Pizza Hut have always been much nicer! Even when busy! Some of us already hate bothering you and stepping up to that counter! So don't make both our lives 10 times harder by taking out your frustration on the customers who are trying to be the nicest customer they can be. People deserve manners even if you've had a bad day, you don't take it out on customers, just as they shouldn't take it out on workers! So thank you for almost ruining my night, but I'm instead going to think about how much nicer I've been to customers in similar situations, and know your customers won't ever be your regulars that enjoy your business. If that's how you treat customers, I feel bad for your...

**Update: talked to a better manager who apologized and was very nice. I guess this place is only half yuck.
Alexandria dominos sucks. Slater and I ordered 2 chocolate lava cakes for take out off of their website and Slater paid for it right away through the website. We get their at 11:59 (both of us have iPhones so our time was not wrong) and the door was closed. We stood outside while 3 employees ignored us from the inside. We kept knocking and finally after being outside for 10 mins they finally opened the door and gave us the food, which was already ready and just on the counter. They were not going to give it to us had we not been annoying. Something we paid for and was already ready. We called the store to complain and the manager refused to talk to us. After the third call the girl finally talked to slater. He said he was upset by how she handled it and that she needed to start acting like a manager and make things right. Their website guarantees that if your not satisfied that they would make it right. She hung up and said we were harassing her... they have currently disconnected their line. Yuck. This place is...
Read moreTonight wasn't the best. They may have had an off night, which is totally fine. My only wish is that maybe they could have made some sort of courtesy call about the order? And not only that, but by the time an hour had rolled around I was a bit worried about the food's quality that we'd be getting. And yes, by the time we got it, it tasted like a pizza that had been left out for over an hour. It was kinda mushy, cold, and had a weird old flavor. Lava cakes were only slightly warm still. Even the soda felt like it had been in the fridge at one point but just kinda sat there to get warm. Overall not a very good experience, but I understand things happen! Maybe next time if they're running late they can give the customer a call or at least remake their order so it's more fresh at delivery? I'm not sure what their policy is on that, but it'd be appreciated. Not saying this review reflects their quality overall! Just my experience with...
