I stopped by this place on my way to work and ordered a two cheeseburger meal that was supposed to be large with apple pies. I got a two cheeseburger meal with a medium drink and fry and no pies. I say something to the lady at the window and she tells me "That's what you were charged for", with no offer of remedy...talk about poor customer service. Not wanting to risk being late for work I left. Later I decided man I am still hungry and really want my pie. I go on DoorDash and order a 10-piece nugget meal and two apple pies with a Hi-C orange. I see the dasher approach on the camera and I go to the door happy that I can finally have something sweet. I see a bag and when I lift it, it is unusually light. I pull the seals off and look inside, and all I find is an orange Hi-C...no food at all! I call the driver and he stated this was all he was given at the drive through and he gives me the number to call DoorDash. They want to refund a portion of the $25 I spent and after arguing why I should pay anything when I received no food and telling them I will never use their service again, they tell me my full refund will be back on my card in 5-7 days. Read moreI placed an order via mobile app. My visit took over half an hour. I pulled up to the drive thru and was not spoken to for five minutes. I was told my order was not received. The speaker went silent. I had to ask him what to do for several minutes before finally being told to pull forward, frustrated drivers behind me. I was at the window for several minutes before the manager looked at my phone to see the order had been processed and my card charged. After several minutes of him doing other things, he told me to come inside. It took five more minutes to be addressed. Eventually he condescendingly argued with me about how my order did not go through, despite him personally confirming the address on my phone. I was able to show him the credit card charge, and the receipt for the food. He continued for minutes on end to tell me that the order was not in his system, so I could not be served, as if it was my fault despite him having seen everything that was done correctly on my end. After a full half hour process, he finally gave me my food. He told me that, if this happened again he would not serve me. Read moreTerrible customer service. Every time I go on late nights, the manager and an older lady at the cashier serve me with much disrespect. The older lady doesn't have any respect when she takes the order and throws the food at me, and shuts the window on my face. She won't listen to you if you ask for sauce or anything. And the manager treats us with the same attitude and smash/squeeze our receipt paper and bills like a stress ball. I asked him not to fold the first time politely and took my receipt, but the same exact thing happened on my subsequent visits. I asked him to change my receipt, and he yelled and told me to take the receipt. But when he saw I was recording him on my phone, he went back, changed the receipt, threw it on my face, and cussed me with a foreign language (I can provide the video recording if needed). When I went home and checked my food, he gave me an almost empty pack of fries. I thought their attitude was personal, but when I went through the reviews, the same manager and cashier had been giving a hard time to other customers.
