Schlotzsky’s Schlotzsky’s Schlotzsky’s NO NO NO…what happen to you!!?? I was passing thru town and hungry for a craft sandwich so I went thru the drive thru. 1st the window where you receive your food thru was soooo NASTY! I almost kept driving when I saw that. So gross. Clean your business. 2nd The avocado on the Turkey Avocado was black from oxidation so it wasn’t fresh. Why would you serve that? I scooped it off the sandwich but the bread was still colored. 3rd the sandwich bread was either toasted and sat and then toasted again or stale and toasted. Either way, It was cold and it wasn’t fresh. Also sloppy placed together, no flavor and just gross. I threw both sandwiches away. What a waste of money. Next time I pass thru town, I will most definitely go elsewhere. Such a disappointment…I was dreaming of how Schlotzsky’s once was and craving a great sandwich and now understand why so many...

My Italian Calzone become a medley mix of cheeses. It was not my fault they failed to communicate with each other that there was no more Mozerella and/or other ingredients necessary to make the calzone. 😖 Dishonesty about finding mozerella slices was wrong. The "Italian" calzone was made with cheddar cheese.

The Italian Calzone is absolutely delicious!!!!!!

I ordered a small smoked turkey sandwich, and it was great!

Schlotzsky's has great and tasty food selections.

The wait time may have been longer than anticipated...

I was also shocked to see that the staff didn't check their bread display basket. The breads were moldy. I figured they were plastic replicas of the types of sandwich breads they sell, but...NOPE.

The floors were dirty--like the floors weren't swept or passed a wet...

The cashier was very friendly but, I went in during lunch so they were a little busy, placed my order at 12:29 waited until about 12:59. Two people that ordered after me were served their food ahead of me. So I went up and asked about my order and the cashier, again, was really friendly to get down to the bottom of it. As soon as she walked back a lady handed me my food. My sandwich was cold and they forgot my broccoli cheddar soup so I had to get it, but when I opened it, it was pretty much just cheesy water. Then I got all the way back and realized there was no dressing for my salad.

They were seemingly scattered and unorganized, but friendly cashier made it ok. They were so slow they had several drive offs in the time I was there… if you go in I would order ahead because seems like only their online orders were being...
