Starbucks — Restaurant in Alexandria

Done with this place. Used to get good coffee and friendly service here, but no more. Staff is inattentive, if not rude. The last few times I bought coffee here I had to microwave it to proper drinking temp. A day ago, I ordered dark roast but was given medium roast without anyone asking me if it were okay. Then today I was served a cold cup of dark roast off the bottom of a nearly empty tank. I asked for it to be heated up. Instead the rude person who poured it told me it was cold because I asked for heavy cream. Which was ridiculous. The cream made up less 10% of the cup's contents. That small an addition could have been ice and it still wouldn't have cooled down hot coffee that much or so quickly. The place is an over-priced nasty dump. Enter at...

We had breakfast at this location. It was a short walk from our hotel so it was convenient. We also selected it because it had outdoor seating. We ordered 2 bacon sausage egg wraps, 1 spinach feta wrap, a Mocha cookie crumble, 1 latte, and the frozen pineapple strawberry lemonade. The drinks were fine. The bacon sausage wraps were not good.
