PLASTICS FOUND IN SMOOTHIE.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s extremely dangerous for an establishment to not check the quality of what they’re serving especially when it’s FOOD and BEVERAGES. I ordered a mango smoothie through Uber eats at 5pm today from this Arlington location.

What arrived was a smoothie full of BLENDED little PLASTICS. See picture attached, it looks like a plastic baggy was blended in because there is little shreds of paper, plastic and some kind of tin foil like pieces. This is pure negligence and extremely dangerous. I have a compromised gallbladder due to inflamed gallstones and this could cause further implications. God forbid I had purchased this for a friend or a child. This establishment serves pure POISON with no quality assurance. I’d advise you to look elsewhere if you’re looking to purchase a smoothie or be warned that you might find...

I recently had the best experience at Tropical Smoothie! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and attentive. They made me feel welcomed and helped me choose the perfect smoothie.

The food was absolutely amazing! I tried the Paradise Point smoothie, and it was so refreshing and packed with flavor. You can really taste the fresh ingredients, and it’s the perfect pick-me-up. I also got a wrap, and it was delicious! The flavors were on point, and it was super filling.

And let’s talk about the prices! I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable everything was, especially for the quality of food you get. You really get great value for your money here.

Never coming to this location again. It’s 2 people working right now and no customers In but 3 i came in and automatically the lady tries to give me someone’s else’s order. I said i just came in i didn’t order she’s says oh. And then takes my order i repeated my order 4 times and they made the wrong order twice and over payed and the manager lady comes up on her phone trying to Handel the situation and then puts her phone on speaker for everyone to hear that comes in. So she gives me my money back for the smoothie that the First Lady charged me for then asks again what did in order i told her again she remakes the samething the First Lady made at this point i just want my money back so she remakes another one wrong again I just took it and left...
