Bucciferro Family McDonald's — Restaurant in Algonquin

This McDonald's is by far the best McDonald's I have ever been to. I have never been through the drive-thru as I usually go into to the store and order my good to go and they are extremely quick and everything is always correct and exactly how I ordered it,they make sure you have all the condiments that go with the breakfast items like jelly and syrup and butter for the pancakes,they will make sure to give you an extra drink tray in order to make it more sturdy for you. They really just go above and beyond. I previously mostly frequented the McDonald's in Crystal lake by the Chase bank and they were so bad that we actually would chose to get food from a whole different place just because the orders were never right and they were just totally rude and unapologetic for their major mistakes such as not putting even one dressing for a salad when we actually would order two and they were just constantly ruining my experience for McDonald's as a whole. That Crystal lake location could most definitely learn a thing or two from this Algonquin location! Also I would just like to say that there is a Hispanic man usually in the front and I think he might be a manager (at Algonquin location)But he is awesome as well,it seems that he is kind of running the front of house and he is just doing a excellent job! (Sorry I didn't catch his name)But he has been there every Saturday morning that I have gone to get breakfast and I believe he was also there when I got lunch there the other day too. But maybe not,either way he deserves a raise or at least some major praise! Thank you to the entire team for restoring my faith in the McDonald's company and also making my trips much easier than the other location that was so horrible! Keep up...

Came today with a mobile order I was picking up for a friend. Lady hands me one bag, and then a kids meal box. I was a little confused thinking “okay maybe they just put the stuff inside of a different package, I have been waiting forever, maybe they’re out of bags?”

Short hispanic woman at the window goes to hand me a drink, which I immediately noticed wasn’t mine. “This isn’t my order, I had a large fry and 2 burgers.” To which she stares at me and goes “Whyd you take the bags then” AS IF ITS MY FAULT LMFAO???? I replied and told her I would have thought you would have handed me the food that I ordered….

After slamming the window in my face and coming back minutes later with my food, it still wasn’t made correctly. Missing sauce, both burgers were made incorrectly and they threw in someone else’s cheeseburger. This place is a hot mess and needs some people staffed that know how to make a cheeseburger and bag an order.

Also, I get it that it’s mcdonald’s and I don’t expect world class service, but I do expect at least a “Sorry” when YOU, as the person working, messed up. Not immediately blaming me for grabbing what you gave me. I would come here on my lunch breaks pretty regularly but let me never make that...

This review is strictly to thank MATHEW for his great customer service, when placing this issue on him, when confronted at the first window of the drive thru…….Placed an order Sunday afternoon, they did not include a quarter pounder meal within this relatively large order. I called and was informed that they would put the order number and the name for a comp of the meal missing, whenever we can make it back over to this McDonald’s. I just got back home from going through the drive thru to get my quarter pounder and was told they would NOT be able to help me even with being able to give them the order number and name on the order (so someone isn’t doing their job either the drive thru employee or whomever was suppose to write our name and order number down for this meal). This review should not get Mathew in trouble for performing great CS due to the fact that if he didn’t……this would have been a much differently...
