Sonny who lied to me and told me he was the owner and is actually your manager doesn't care about your customers dude. Just so you know, I just got off the phone with him and he didn't care that he served one sandwich way smaller than the other. Take a look at this picture down here and tell me that this is right. If you're charging those sandwiches should be exactly the same. I've been in the food industry for years. I've ordered from Manny rosati's pizzas and these are crappy looking sandwiches and when I call him to complain he goes. I don't really care and that's what kind of service he wants to give you and then he tells me he has other customers that he cares more about and I see the reviews. They're all crappy so I guess you really just don't care how much he runs your business downhill. Just so you know, I have a degree in culinary arts. I have a degree in breads and pastries and I have a food and sanitation license The kid at the register was a complete idiot. You shouldn't be letting them run the register either. I almost didn't get the correct change back 40 bucks for an order of food and the guy doesn't care. You don't think that there's other pizza places around here that are worth my money. Read moreI absolutely love the pizza from Rosati's. However, after being insulted for the second time by the same manager, I refuse to order from this location again. This past Monday, I purchased an extra large pizza and used 12 coupons collected from the previous pizza boxes to obtain 50% off my pizza. When the pizza arrived, I realized that on Mondays & Tuesdays, extra large pizza's are 50% off regardless.
I called to say that it would have been nice if they would have returned the twelve coupons I collected over the past year - but instead I got an earfull from a very disrespectful manager. He could have said 'sorry that happened, here are your coupons back,' or 'sorry that happened, but there is nothing we can do about it at this time,' etc.
Instead I was told that "they are smarter than customers, and that is not his problem." Really!?
I have been a regular customer since we moved to the area 8 years ago. We'll go for Lou Malnati's instead. Better pizza, kind service, slightly more $ - but it will be worth it. ...

Had to be in the 30’s or even colder. Guys in the back working were wearing winter hats and were all bundled up. Asked the cashier (who was friendly) if the heater was broken and another guy (seemed like the owner or maybe manager) flies up to the counter all irritated and argumentative, sarcastically asking why I ordered so late (an hour before closing), pathetically trying to pick a fight with me.
