Starbucks — Restaurant in Allen

It’s my third or fourth time at this location and unfortunately, each time the costumer service is very poor to say the least . I always give them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe my first few times here , the staff were just having a bad day . There’s no greetings from employees when one enters the establishment and when approaching the counter to order no acknowledgment or greeting either , the Caucasian guy taking order looks miserable and very unhappy. My spouse even commented that he looks miserable and working with an aptitude. Maybe he just doesn’t want to be here . I decided not to purchase anything for myself, but did for my husband since he was accompanying me to run some errands at the dentist next door. The atmosphere is just not right . Employees lack costumer service. I been to other Starbucks locations around the area and near this location and the services it’s absolutely different. I don’t want to imply that the staff here are racist, but that’s the vibe I’m getting here . I will definitely not come back here and will stay away. Management needs to do better at training...

Poor customer service. FYI it’s not good to discriminate. Unfortunately that’s the world we live in. This particular day I didn’t dress with my best attire pretty laid back gear. Nonetheless I walk in to ask for water no acknowledgment from the staff other then eventually the drive thru cashier decided to assist me. Meanwhile the other customers were greeted. I then ask for a cup of ice water & do to sitting on the outside patio. I was told the new policy is I would have to purchase something in order to get a cup of “free ice water. “Mind you I wasn’t hungry during the time & as a matter of fact was dieting. figured If I stay longer it’s possible I would purchase a snack. But After my experience I won’t be back. If the employees are poor spirited people I can only imagine the owner. Being greed takes the front seat of the establishment so much so you can’t get water for free. okay so im a wack little gremlin with a peppermint obsession and a fear of trying anything new, but the coffee i had this morning SLAPPED i normally order a venti iced caramel macchiato (not me drinking iced coffee in 30 degree weather), but today i decided to step out of my comfort zone and add in my love for peppermint i guess... like a weirdo? idk how those baristas felt, but i love each and every one of them but i got a venti HOT macchiato sub peppermint for vanilla and mocha for caramel and.........i think i saw god? i dunno man. i dunno. it was really so good i might get a second one today... also i apologize to the cashier this morning i was so sleepy i had no idea what i was mumbling and i am just.... so sorry xoxo live...
