Updated review 6-30-23 PF Chang's knocked it out of the park on this visit. Sarah, one of the managers, made sure we had fantastic food and amazing service. Kenny took care if us and we never had an empty cup or even a menu question. He was very much on his game. We ordered the pork dumplings and the crispy honey chicken. The food was amazing. The dumplings were super fresh and Kenny poured the sauce over the plate which made the aroma intoxicating! Hot and steamy these dumplings may be the best I ever had anywhere. The portions on the entrées was generous. The rice was plentiful and when we boxed up the leftovers, they added another serving of rice. Nice touch. Sarah treated us to dessert and we ordered The Great Wall of Chocolate. The name is no joke. This piece of cake is huge! Served with berries and a raspberry sauce it's the perfect end to the meal. Just be ready to take some home for a late night snack! I was impressed by how the staff really stepped up to give us a wonderful experience. It was 5 star all the way. It shows that PF Chang's is not just another restaurant turning a buck. They care about the customers having a good time. I highly recommend a visit and I will be returning soon. It's well worth it!

I'm surprised to be giving such a low rating. I've been to this PF Chang's in the past and had good experiences. Not thus time. We ordered the pork dumplings and the plate was very messy. The dipping sauce was cold and the dumplings fell apart when you picked them up. We also had the crispy honey chicken and sweet and sour chicken. The portions were surprisingly small for dinner prices. Had we not gotten two things, we would not have had a full one portion. The waiter had several tables in addition to ours. He started out attentive, refilling our drinks an checking in. Once we got our main course we didn't see him again. Our drinks were never refilled and he never checked on us again until he left the check. I also want to mention that the hosts sat people on all sides of us even though there was plenty of room to space the tables out a bit. It got so loud that we called it a day and got what little food we had to go. It was very expensive for the small portions. I'm not sure we will...

Summer is here and I’m looking for tasty food and consistency from my dining experience. Lovely plating, add dim lights and beautiful art - P.F. Chang’s has always been a staple for this ambiance. Speaking for all moms, when a server asks you to box up your food- you feel nurtured. Lee is that kind of server. She anticipates the needs of my party always! I don’t have to ask for refills or just attentive and easygoing service. It’s almost like she is the host of your dinner party. I have become a regular and it’s because Lee knows what dishes to suggest. As a self-proclaimed creature of a habit, that can be a very tall order! Just inquire with her to what your taste buds may be craving! Her suggestion led me to try the Dynamite Sushi Roll. Mouthwatering and a feast for the eyes when served! This dish arrives to your table in a glass dome the server then lifts. Guess what? Smoke follows! P.F. Chang’s is a chain restaurant where the creative menu items find ways to be interactive with the patron. The array of dishes they offer can appease any category of diet for your group. It’s been an establishment that has grown with me in various stages of my life- on a date or family style dining. You have to have Lee serve you, if you’re ever in the Allen, Texas location! She is very personable and kind. Lounge vibe decor and eclectic dishes...
Read moreI placed my order online today for my family and I'm extremely disappointed! I ordered the orange chicken and fried rice for the kids and I ordered the ginger chicken and fried rice for myself. I don't know what they gave me but my food tastes nothing like ginger chicken. It was very Bland and literally had no flavor to it. They call this ginger chicken but I didn't taste not a drop of ginger in the food. The fried rice did not taste like fried rice at all. Honestly it tastes like rice and gravy! I don't mind paying money for quality food but the prices that they charge is ridiculous for the quality of food that I received today. Honestly none of the food that I received look very good at all. Also the service when I went inside to pick my food up was not very customer service like! I just feel like I have to be honest about it because I could have gone to Panda Express and gotten better food for a cheaper price. If it wasn't for the fact that I had just gotten off work and was tired I would have taking it back and asked for my money. I just think that the quality has gone down. Maybe the pandemic may have something to do with it but if you're going to serve food and with the reputation that this establishment has, I just think that they need to do better. Also the amount of food that I was given looked like a kids plate. The food was not cheap so I'm extremely disappointed over all...
