Arby's — Restaurant in Allentown

SABRINA was rude!!! She had an attitude and rolled her eyes when i asked her to split the bill at the drive thru. I asked for a side of red ranch sauce and cheddar cheese and they charged me full price but only filled it half way. When I asked if they could fill the cups she got angry and filled them When she got back she must have intensionally over filled the cups just to try and make me upset. I told here theres cheese and red ranch sauce overflowing out of the lids nd it was all over the outside of the containers. I asked her to clen them off and SABRINA said with an attitude "WELL YOU SAID YOU WATED THEM FULL SO"... I said excuse me? That dosnt mean to intensionally over fill them just to make me angry and make a mess. She handed my sticky cups to another worker who wiped them off better however when it was time for me to open them they exploded all over my stuff and it was a sticky smelly...

It's embarrassing enough when someone is homeless and hungry.. And try to beg something to eat from this place.. Even told. Them would pay tomorrow. When my v a disability check get released today early. But the answer was no. Not a big. Deal.. i've been hungry before Was just disappointed It's all I just seen. On the history channel how arby's got started and what Is the restaurant name stands for.. I don't know what happened to the restaurant at this location. The soda machine was out of order only Lemonade & Ice Tea. Lemonade was terrible! The worst I have ever had. The employee at the drive-thru talked so fast you couldn't understand her. Then after placing a order for a classic roast beef meal and the brisket sandwich meal we waited over 15mins! There was nobody there! When we arrived home we unwrapped the sandwiches to find they were tossed sloppily into the wrappers the classic looked like it was rolled in sauce. The brisket meat was dry & covered in sauce inside and out. The curly fries were the usual. We through out the sandwiches. We won't be returning to the Arby's at this location. Service terrible and food was prepared and wrapped terribly! I don't recommend...
