This store struggles. Itâs often a mess in various departments, specifically the clothes, and itâs been that way for a few years now. Itâs certainly not down at Walmart level disaster, but itâs approaches it at times. Corporate needs to focus on this store. The recent âremodelâ does NOT help. First, who made these design decisions?? Removing the tile for polished bare concrete is not an upgrade, at least not in a store that is a mess. It makes the store look cheap. It was better before. Also a bump-out jutting into the home department that closed off a portion of a main isle?? What were you thinking?? Thatâs a major FAIL. Fix it. And if that isnât clear enough for you: RESTORE IT.
To J Bean, obviously you are unaware of the unfortunate circumstances that happened yesterday. THEY HAD A FIRE. I was there. They evacuated the store. Your complaint is đŻ unwarranted due to this. (See picture)

While I have my own thoughts on how employees could have handled the situation better, I am NOT going to complain about how I was next in line to pickup and did not get to receive my items. THATâS PERFECTLY FINE!

   Read moreI went yesterday to the store and I was treated like an animal by the Manager Rachel and an employee "cashier" Rachel who was being lazy and talked to me like she hates her job. She did not want to do her job and she prefered to call different people and complained about me because I was using some coupons in different items and products ( I know the rules and I was allow to do it I already talked with another manager who was kind and understanding) but the racist cashier called the other racist manager who hates Hispanic people and in front of more customers and my family & friend thats visiting me. The manager scream at me and my sister who was in another cashier near me and talked to us like if we were stealing because I was using coupons and I'm Hispanic. It is not acceptable to have this kind of employees in a store like target. I don't understand what kind of customer service they have and a manager instead of being educated and have morals, to have this kind of attitude with their customers.    Read moreTo whom it may concern, on May 25th 2021 at 9pm I returned an item in target located at 912 Airport Center Rd, Allentown PA 18109. As I walked up to the cash register where about 3 a to 4 employees huddled up talking amongst each other and me being the first in line I was under the impression that at the very least, I will be told someone will be right with me. As I waited there for 3 minutes I ask a gentleman if someone can help me and he replied âI donât work in this sectionâ as he sped off giving no eye contact. Everyone cleared out as I stood there patiently waiting. Finally a heavyset girl that walked away returned back when noticing a line forming about 7minutes later. She was one of the 3-4 employees huddled up talking when I arrived. I simply ask if she can show some acknowledgment next time when she sees someone waiting in line. She completely ignored me as she continued to make my return. I figured Iâll share my experience this evening in hopes that this wonât happen again. God bless, Angel Miller
