I tried, I really did. We stopped going here nearly a year ago because the service was so bad...but I get it, tough to find good work these days. Decided to give it another try after 7 months because I love BWW wings...but once again the service was terrible. The hostess (Ms T) was amazing....and seems like several servers were working hard but once again our waiter was horrible. Sat for 20min before even being acknowledged (hostess and to call waiter over).....had to ask 3 times to get a water and another 2x to get silverware napkins (had to ask another waitress). Waiter tried to blame it on the kitchen staff which was completely unfair. Food came before our drinks! How does the kitchen mess up 2 waters? Meanwhile the managers are NO WHERE go be found. Servers were having to bust their own tables. I get your understaffed....but the manager should be out there supporting their team. Restaurant wasn't even busy. I can deal with a lot of things...but a lazy management staff is not one of them. Do better. I also can't deal with lies and excuses. Do better. Owner needs to take a long hard look at their staff from the top, down. Not to mention - prices keep going up and quality keeps going down. Love the teaspoon of chili on my chili/queso fries that look liked they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for 20min. I'll go elsewhere from now on. I'll sure I'll get a copy/paste "I'm sorry for your experience, please fill out this survey" response. But hopefully I save another customer the hassle by choosing to go elsewhere.

I ordered Buffalo wings and received lemon pepper instead. Since I like lemon pepper, I decided to be a good sport and just eat them. Upon my attempt to bite one, I noticed a gigantic deep-fried feather sticking out. Again, "no big deal," thought I. "I'll just pluck it out and commence my attempt at devouring the fleshy fowl's wing before mine eyes." Lo and behold, another feather. In fact, there were about a dozen or so more feathers mingling about the peppery citric seasonings that so gracefully discarded themselves from the rest of the batch lining the bottom of the tray. I returned my order to my gracious host. She apologized and quickly returned with the Buffalo wings I initially requested. This time, I had smaller deep-fried feathers and overcooked wings. The Buffalo wings weren't wet like I am accustomed to getting. Instead, there was a dry Lawry's-looking seasoning sprinkled atop that was flavorful but not spicy. "What in Great Ceasar's ghost is going on with these wings today?" "Doth not a hard laboring man such as myself deserve to fancy himself with the symbols of freedom used by the fowls to soar the winds of liberty?" thought I most perplexingly. Then I thanked the wing gods who placed the unlocked meaning of these omens upon mine heart. "At least I know the chickens were real," chuckled I as I drove home with a mouthful of deliciously overcooked feathers.

First let me start by saying our waitress, who I believe was named Shannon, was fantastic. We should have known when other tables around us were complaining about the food that we should have left. We ordered our food and about 30 minutes later the manager brought half of my meal out. 10 minutes after that my wife’s wings came out. My 3 year old was starving and we ended up feeding him my wife’s wings while trying to get his food. 15 minutes after that they brought the rest of our food. Now my wife had no wings because the kid ate them and the rest of the food they brought out finally was all cold including the first part of my meal that now had been sitting for 25 minutes. The disorganization in the kitchen was horrible and the fact that the manager would bring out half of one persons meal at a table without checking on anything else is a joke. We just left all the food sitting there uneaten and asked for the check. The Taco Bell next door was able to give us actual warm food which was more than I could say for the Buffalo Wild Wings. So for 71 dollars paid to BWW we still had to drive through Taco Bell and buy more food to actually eat. Save your money and go elsewhere the kitchen and management are an absolute joke.

On July 3 2025, @ 1057pm. This was our first visit here. Me and my mom stopped by because our favorite restaurant was closed early. We stopped by to dine in here after our long travel from out of town. I love BDubs bc they NEVER DISAPPOINT, but this was a first and a worst for me. And this time...it was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

Upon entering it was less than 20 guest seated. No line and the bar had about 2 people. We counted about 4 servers and a bartender (Brittany). We waited and then we just grabbed our menus bc 2 young servers were just hanging out in the corner rolling their eyes and pretending they didn't see us. So we sat ourselves at a dirty table bc majority of the tables were all dirty. After about 10 mins of trying to get their attention(when they were just watching us) a young server came to us with an attitude rolled her eyes and said,"yeah so I would normally seat you at a table that's clean, but I can sit you someplace else, we decided not to and just asked if we could please get our table cleaned. So she came back with a rag 5 mins later, gave us the evil eye and still didn't take our order. She then went back to her corner and hid. Brittany the bartender came from the other side of the restaurant and took our order (thanks Brittany). She later left and told us that we would get our food out in a few. She served us our drinks and apologized for the staff bc they were a bit busy earlier. I said, "no worries, we understand."

Later we watched another group of 3 come in after us and waited to be seated (they were of a different ethic group) they were greeted and served by the same unnamed server who gave us an attitude and hid. She never tried to help us and we were all seated in the same serving booth area. It's sad to say we never got any help from her. Another male server brought us our 10 wings and 4 carrots and 1 celery stick before our appetizers came out. I never got a refill and the guac was sour. Aaliyah brought us our check and appetizers and to go boxes and gave us attitude as well. With less than 20 people inside it was far too loud inside bc she couldn't hear when I asked for my check and requests. We stayed about 1 hour here. I could sense the frustration, but clock out if you can't handle your shift. It's that simple.

I recommend staff work on their customer service skills a bit, especially if you want a good tip. I did tip 18% from a $44 bill and I handed it to Brittany for her courtesy. The tip would have been more, but it looked like nobody wanted to work that night besides the bartender. It's sad when senior staff have to babysit younger staff, but this happens everywhere nowadays bc nobody wants to work, but everyone wants a paycheck.

This was my first time coming to Alpharetta and my very first stop. I won't be back and I hope the rest of this town...

Went here last night with a friend around 10 pm,we were first told it’ll take 20 mins for seating because they were short on waiters, which was whatever. But we got a table like 5 mins later after the host told us 20. So we’re like cool, we’re ready to order drinks. The guy that was waiting told us he’ll be right with us as soon as we sat down. LITERALLY 30 mins pass by & just kept walking around us , not saying a word. The host in the front then asked us what we would like to drink, we told her & she said she was gonna give our order to the bartender. ANOTHER 15 mins pass by without no one acknowledging us or having our drinks.

I literally had to go flag down the other waitress (woman) on the floor & told her our situation. Like we even ordered waters & didn’t get that until now, 45 mins later. But she took our orders & were now waiting on our drinks we ordered & food. It’s now almost midnight, no food or drinks. My friend & I are now tired & get “hangry” & at this point, I kid you not we literally seen the total of 7 FAMILIES walk out due to the wait & not being acknowledged by the male waiter. I felt so bad for the waitress because she was the only person that seem to have gave a damn & she was waiting most of the restaurant floor by herself. The manager was even around the store “cleaning” & didn’t try to talk to the customers at all to make the problems right.

At the end of the night we got $2 off our tabs , after receiving cold food, not being acknowledged, having to wait over an hr for drinks let alone WATER & the manager himself gave us our bills & not once acknowledged anything or apologized for any inconvenience.

I would’ve totally understood if the restaurant was busy but it was the SLOWEST restaurant I’ve seen on a Friday night, especially with half of the customers walking out. The male waiter needs to be fired cause he clearly cannot & even admitted he can’t multitask, when that’s the whole job...

I want to first off by saying I would stay from this establishment as far as you can until they get some real management to know how to run this place. I have been in restaurant management before and this would of never have happened in my establishment. First when my partner and I pulled into the parking lot there were only a handful of cars so we thought it would be perfect to stop for lunch because they wouldn’t be busy. When we walked into the restaurant we weren’t greeted by an employee, mind you the bartender is behind the bar and could clearly could of greeted us when we walked in. We were finally seated after waiting 10 minutes. We sat down by a not so pleasant server which I think she just didn’t want to be at work for the day. We finally ordered our drinks and food. When we ordered our food the server did let us know that it would be about 15-20 minutes for our food which we were fine with. After about 45 minutes she stayed that it would another 5 minutes. After sitting there for an hour I finally got up to get a manager over to our table. The manager came out to let us know that it was her and one cook in the back. Mind you we ordered 10 boneless wings and a salad. I just don’t understand why it would take that long. Well when my salad came out it was missing some items on it and I asked the server which she informed me they were out of those items. It would of been nice to have been told when I ordered the item because I would of probably switched. There were several tables that came after us and they only had to wait about 20 minutes for their food. I hate writing these reviews due to being in the restaurant industry but I needed to inform the community that they should think twice before coming to this establishment. I will never be returning to...
