I have no problem with foreigners but the guys that work here clearly don't understand the menu and I don't blame them, I blame management. I order the same drink at every DQ I go to, and this one always messes it up. Usually I say nothing, but today was the last straw. I said this isn't the correct drink, the guy and the girl look up at the screen then repeat the me the name. I said yes, but this what you gave me is Mocha...clearly it was Mocha, it was dark and you could see the fudge on the sides...I went as far as to taste it..completely Mocha...nothing Cappuccino about it. They both look at me in confusion, he gets frustrated and tells me well that's the only drink they have and I can have something else. I've already paid! I want the drink I ordered. They take it back shut the window and go try and make up a drink. The girl comes back and says we got it like you want it. Uhm...no. Now I have a drink that looks closer to mine than the other but tastes like a vanilla shake with the consistency of the Moolatte. I don't know what else to do other than drive a lil out my way to other DQ because I simply can't keep paying for their mistakes. Its unfortunate.
Update After 6 months of avoiding this DQ I returned. One time they actually got it right. The next time Carmel! I didn't taste it til I had gotten far away. Trashed a $5 drink because yet again they still can't get a simple...
Read moreStaff VERY rude, lady in drive thru today (short, dark hair, pulled back) refused to sell me something in their freezer. I use her description so management will know to whom I am referring. We asked for a starkiss ice cream bar and she rudely said "we don't have that", I then explained we come twice a week with the kids to get them, even told her where they were. Still no service and rudely said come in and get them then. When I came in, she gave no eye contact, refused to help me, and someone from the back came out. The gentleman that came out, I told him the issue and he said he would check into it, and walked back and asked her. Upon his return to the register he said nothing and just rang it up and let me leave. Just poor service.....and I had to get out of the car and come in with two small kids which anyone knows is not easy. Hate to complain, Never had an issue there before, but I think it could be new management? Anyway, Just sharing, and I will never return...
Read moreI received an attitude from the cashier as soon as I presented my coupons for my ice cream. As I stood waiting with my then 6 month old son in his stroller... my blizzards were placed on the counter and never handed to me. I asked if they were mine after a few moments later of waiting. They said yes and walked away. I went to pick them up and they were missing the chocolate syrup i had ordered on the top. I asked them to add it. They got another attitude. They took my blizzard and handed it back with what I thought was regular chocolate syrup. Upon arriving home I realised it was HOT fudge and had completely MELTED my entire blizzard.
