I hate posting low ratings, but honestly, very poor customer service. I ordered thru doordash and the dasher picked up the bag with my name, so it was not her fault at all. The bag did not have any type of seal, tape or anything like that. You just have to trust that no one will tamper with your food when they deliver. When I opened the bag, it was someone else’s order, so I called it’s just wings and they suggested that they could do the order again, and I can go pick it up. I told them I ordered through door dash because I didn’t have a car available at the time, and they told me to contact them directly. Door dash was very helpful. They resubmitted my order. In the meantime, the fries that had gotten there in the wrong order got cold because I was waiting for my food. When the new food got here, again, no tamper seal/ tape, and they literally put like 5 decent size fries… I guess bc they had already given me fries in the wrong order, but they were really cold since I had to wait another hour. And they left out the ranch sauce too that’s suppose to come with each order, which isn’t a big deal because the wrong order had one in it. Overall, not impressed. If you want some AMAZING WINGS and GREAT SERVICE I can recommend THREE DOLLAR CAFE...

My first negative review. I am sorry but I ordered garlic parmesan and they were no where close garlic or the parmesan. Flavor of wings and fries seem like they were fried in old oil or the same oil they fry everything in. It was disgusting and I couldn't bear to eat the rest. Luckily I was hungry and didn't want to waste...

This place is so disgusting! The chickens are about 3 years old and the meats are bruised up and smelly. Was my last choice on DoorDash or I would never place this order. This franchise in general is gross. Please save your money and health by Never ever place any order from this...
