Chef Tyler has won my heart. His food is some of the best breakfast food I’ve ever had. Some of the best food in general! It’s just so hard to find breakfast foods that are delicious and FEEL good. I’m a sensitive person and can tell when food is prepared with love… and when it isn’t. Tyler’s food is definitely made with love, joy, intention and I a little bit of dancing behind the counter. I wish I had some photos to post but the food barely stays on my plate when I receive it. Warm Waves on top of the phenomenal chef, is… well warm! It’s like having breakfast at home on a cool morning with a good book. It’s relaxing and even though it gets BUSY, the people who are attracted here are warm themselves. Friendly folk. I live no where near Alpharetta, but I drove here three mornings in a row to enjoy the food and atmosphere. And you can bet, if I am ever in the area, I’ll be making time to pop back into my favorite cafe Warm Waves. So grateful for everyone who has put their energy into such a beautiful creations. I wish...
Read moreThere is no menu and no prices posted (in the cafe or on its website)...just the titles of items up on the board, again with no prices or ingredients shown. Ingredients are important for those with food allergies; it would also help reduce the wait if a information was posted. The wait standing in line was super long...15 minutes to order a coffee. The anti-masker lady behind me kept fake coughing without covering her mouth, which was pleasant...not! I understand the wait but it would be nice if they’d at least acknowledge it when it’s finally your turn to place order, like a simple “thank you for waiting, how may I help you.” And I’m not sure what the tip is for since you carry your food out, then clear your table and put away your own dishes, And if you go sit on the patio outside, there’s no way to open the door with the handle if you have a coffee cup in one hand and a plate in the other. Everyone kept needing a stranger in line to open the door for them. I simple push...
Read moreWarm Waves is one of my favorite out-of-house locations to go for work. The space is comfortable with a variety of seating options, wifi, and quiet energetic music. The food and drinks are good (I always love a classic vanilla latte from here) and the staff is super friendly. The bathrooms are also nice and clean, definitely a notch above some of the other coffee shops I've been to. My biggest issue is that the other restaurants in the area have reserved all but about 7 of the nearby parking spots, which is not nearly enough for the crowd that comes to Warm Waves. We end up parking at the nearby high school (Innovation Academy) when their parking lot is open (only during weekends) and walking to the...
