A frequent customer of dressup, I will no longer be patronizing this store due to the horrible treatment I reveived on my visit.
While I browsed, the apparent manager of the store stood guard by the door and watched my fiance and I the entire time quite obviously as if my intent was to steal something. This was not the procedure for anyone else in the store. Not once asking if I needed help. Once she saw I was at the register the young lady who was actually helping me and very pleasant was forced to stop and help her when a call came in and I was made to wait. Proper customer service would have been to put the person on hold and attend to the customer being attended to first. However she had already shown her thoughts and disrespect so I was not regarded as an important customer.
Dressup has lost a great customer. I hope the profiling practices conducted in delivery of your customer service ends. It will only cost you in the end in the only color that should matter and...

I get so excited on Sundays that I'm constantly checking my email to see if Dress Up has added their new arrivals online. I live in New Jersey and so obviously it's not practical for me to travel to Atlanta to visit a store. However, if I need something that is unavailable online, I can always call Tiffany in the Snellville location. I've never met her in person but she is the sweetest and most helpful store manager I can possibly contact for assistance. If her location doesn't have the article that I am looking for then she goes out of her way to look elsewhere in the area. Read moreWent in while visiting Ga. The first time I went in, the store and manager/owner made a good impression on me. I ended up buying a top and dress. I ended up changing my mind on the dress so I went back to return it (unused, with tags and receipt). The associate, Skyler, was instantly standoffish and curt with me. I also didn't know that you only get store credit so I ended up browsing to use it up. While browsing, this associate was still rude and awkward with me compared to when she interacted with other customers.
