DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. THEIR DRIVERS REFUSE TO DO CONTACTLESS DELIVERY EVEN THOUGH WEBSITE PROMISES CONTACTLESS AMD THEY ALSO NEVER WEAR MASKS. This is the 3rd time we have ordered delivery from this location since we moved from Creston Neighborhood in July 2020 and all 3 times the delivery drivers bang on our door until we physically answer it to take the food (even though we tell them in delivery notes to leave order on the door mat and the website promises they will do it contactless due to covid19). Then when you call the store to report this they say "there is nothing I can do for you but I will shoot a text to my district manager because that is unexceptable". But that is it. They will not compensate you or even ask who your delivery driver is so they can couch them or tell them to wear a mask if they refuse to do contactless delivery. Read moreI wanna start off by saying I've got some immaculate pies from this location before, and I'm not here to be malicious, but I received 2 of the worst pizzas ever today, and I think the store should be aware.
I used to manage the Jenison location a few years back, so I'm fully aware of food cost and SOPs, but I ordered 2 large pies around 3 pm when the store was far from busy, and the 2 I received had essentially no sauce on either of them, toppings were almost non-existent, and the toppings that were present were not spread very well at all.
They were just overall dry and tasteless because of this.
Whether this was due to an attempt at keeping food cost low, poor training, or straight up negligence, I just wanted to give you an average customer's perspective.
I do not want to give anyone a hard time, just trying to help as this is my local location that I order from.

I placed an order for delivery & the confirmation said 20-30 minutes. 45 minutes later I called the store as the pizza tracker was stil in the "prep stage". They were apparently very backed up with deliveries & hadn't even STARTED my order. I understand things happen but there was ZERO communication to me. Why didn't someone call ME as soon as they received the order?? They're just waiting for angry customers to call instead?? The final straw was when I went to pick up my order an hour later instead of waiting who knows how long for delivery, a worker was coloring on their chalkboard, not a singal person apologized for the awful service nor offered me any type of discount after having to pick up my order an hour after I placed one for delivery.
